  Somewhat misleading. The GIF and website show 4 pieces of luggage. We had 3: 1 full size and 2 carry on. Took a look at the measurements. Didnt do the conversion. We had to get a second locker after we already booked the first. Couldn't add the second locker to the order. But if you order 2 to start, it's cheaper. 4 pieces of luggage lol yea right thats like mini carry ons. But you have to order one locker before you can see them. Travelling to paris is crazy with luggage so you're already exhausted, especiallyif you need a locker for some reason. We were going to Versailes in between 2 different airbnbs. Bait and switch.

Il est possible de vérifier les mesures exactes sur notre site afin de les comparer avec vos bagages afin de vous assurer du nombre de casier dont vous avez besoin. Comme indiqué par le GIF et sur le site internet les casiers peuvent contenir 4 bagages cabines respectant la taille et le format international IATA de de 55 x 35 x 20 cm. Concernant les codes chaque client à une code différent pour chaque casier; un client ayant les codes du casiers 10 ne peut ouvrir le 15 en changeant uniquement les 2 derniers chiffres. En espérant voir répondu à vos questions et apporté les précisions nécessaires à vos questions Au plaisir de vous revoir dans l’une de nos consignes à bagage parisiennes.

  Use City Locker for the first time. A little confusing for the first time. Once in I was disappointed about the size of the locker. No mention was made of the size. We could only fit one big suitcase in one. Had to book another. Tried calling the number but was immediately disconnected. Please tell the people the size.

  leo Thanks for your message and for using our service Sorry you have had problem in contacting the hotline; it can be reached by phone from 8:00 am to 10pm; they answer by text message unless emergencies. The locker size is clearly indicated on the website with pictures en size in inch and cm, as well as the number of luggage it can feet but it is difficult for us to give an advise as we do not see your luggage; we can just give a recommandation. We will work on improving the given information and once agin thank you for using city locker and we will work on getting your 5 stars next time.

  Very conveniently close to both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. The boxes are big enough for large cases and backpacks. Only the space in the room is limited and operating the locking mechanism is tricky.

  Alles hat super geklappt, einfache Handhabung, leicht zu finden, gut erklärt. Wir hatten drei kleine Koffer und einen kleinen Rucksack, damit war das Fach aber auch schon voll. Bei größeren Koffern unbedingt ein zweites Fach einplanen.

  We were 7 persons stopping just a few hours in Paris on our way to CDG. 6 pcs of medium sized suitcaseses + 1 soft bag and we needed 4 lockers at a total price of € 60. We all thought the price was extremely high but we had no other option. At the end it all worked out well, but the some of the codes to open the lockers I had to put in several times before they opened. All in all - good that this option was available, but too expensive and a bit tricky and time-consuming. There should be options that are cheaper for shorter periods of time.

  I paid of two lockers for the day I left Paris, and accidently paid for another one two days after. I contacted them to get my money back, and didn't get a response. Too bad this is how they treat their paying costumers.

  This place needs better signage. It is very confusing to drop off luggage if you haven’t done it before. The sign should say. 1. Use door passcode. 2. Use locker passcode. You will not be able to open your locker unless you h add be used the door code first.

According to google map we are around 10MN walking distance from Chatelet les Halles depending of course on which exit you take when arriving and the number of luggage you have as this can increase your walking time as it's not convenient to walk in Paris with luggage.   Process was relatively easy to order and pay for the lockers. I wish that they provided better information regarding what would fit in each locker. I had to rent a third when I got there because my luggage didn’t fit in the lockers I pre ordered- a little stressful!

  The city locker was a blessing for us, as we had to check out by 11am from our Airbnb and our flight was leaving in the late evening. The location is very convenient close to the Lafayette shopping. The locker operations is also easy and not complicated. This locker was very helpful for us to drop our luggage and to pick them up later.

  Overall is pretty good opportunity to leave your luggage for a couple of hours. The lockers look a little bit smaller but all the dimensions are clearly indicated on the website. A bit overcrowded.

  Booking is easy and access to the locker works technically perfect. But!!!! only two suitcases of normal size and not four as promised do fit into it. Therefor only four stars.

  This was a simple activity to complete. The online registration was simple and the subsequent instructions on accessing the location was clear. It was a good 5 minute walk to the lockers from Gare du Nord station. It was great to have the security knowing once inside the room you were away from prying eyes if you needed to rearrange your suitcase. Would recommend these to anyone wanting to off load their gear and sightsee before a late flight.
