  I paid of two lockers for the day I left Paris, and accidently paid for another one two days after. I contacted them to get my money back, and didn't get a response. Too bad this is how they treat their paying costumers.

  This place needs better signage. It is very confusing to drop off luggage if you haven’t done it before. The sign should say. 1. Use door passcode. 2. Use locker passcode. You will not be able to open your locker unless you h add be used the door code first.

  Bonsoir, thanks for using booking and for using our service. According to google map we are around 10MN walking distance from Chatelet les Halles depending of course on which exit you take when arriving and the number of luggage you have as this can increase your walking time as it's not convenient to walk in Paris with luggage.   Process was relatively easy to order and pay for the lockers. I wish that they provided better information regarding what would fit in each locker. I had to rent a third when I got there because my luggage didn’t fit in the lockers I pre ordered- a little stressful!

  Overall is pretty good opportunity to leave your luggage for a couple of hours. The lockers look a little bit smaller but all the dimensions are clearly indicated on the website. A bit overcrowded.

  The city locker was a blessing for us, as we had to check out by 11am from our Airbnb and our flight was leaving in the late evening. The location is very convenient close to the Lafayette shopping. The locker operations is also easy and not complicated. This locker was very helpful for us to drop our luggage and to pick them up later.

  This was a simple activity to complete. The online registration was simple and the subsequent instructions on accessing the location was clear. It was a good 5 minute walk to the lockers from Gare du Nord station. It was great to have the security knowing once inside the room you were away from prying eyes if you needed to rearrange your suitcase. Would recommend these to anyone wanting to off load their gear and sightsee before a late flight.

  Great facility, everything worked as it should and gave peace of mind - reserved online, received codes that worked, dropped luggage off, and collected it later with no issues. However, it’s overpriced, on a Saturday I paid €15 for about 7 hours of storage

  Everything is okay, but setting the second number to the locker number still leaves the option for other people that rent a City Locker to open the other lockers. If I rent one locker, I basically have access to the other ones. That's not as safe as you advertise it. Otherwise the location is fine, it is easy to find, close to the city center, and the lockers are spacious.

  Thank you for your answer. I understand that the keys are unique, but they are directly connected to the locker number. I think this makes the system a bit vulnerable, as I could rent one locker, and then open the other lockers. If I get a code with the last digits 13, and my locker number is 13, you don't need a genius to figure out that in order to open number 12 you write 12 instead of 13 (if this is how the codes are generated - maybe I am wrong and it was just a coincidence). I enjoyed your service very much but I believe your security could be updated by changing this (i.e. set the last two numbers to be random, not numbers that are the same as the locker's number). Please understand that this is just a suggestion to update even more the security of your system, as I found it very convenient and still very safe. I am aware that everybody that uses this service is concerned to leave their things, not to check other lockers. Regards, Arman

  Thanks a lot Arman Just to be more precise, if you had put 12 instead of 13 locker 12 won’t have open as the 6 first digits could not matched with 12 but only with 13. With your code you can only open your assigned locker. Otherwise it will be to easy. Have a good day and a nice week end 😀

  I was able to use it with confidence ! You can easily enter with the security code sent to you. However, the problem is to put a 30kg suitcase in the upper locker. I'm tall and strong, so I managed to do my best, but I don't think short women can enter. I think it would be perfect if you could select the upper row, the lower row.

  Excellent service, easy to book, and good instructions to find locker store. Only thing is making it more clear you’re booking a locker not per suitcase/bag. We booked 2 lockers thinking it meant 2 bags so we paid double for what we needed. But the facility itself was good.
