  The ease of rental and customer service was really great, I stopped short of ficing five stars because upon return both me and another customer had trouble opening our lockers, which put me in a state of panic. That being said, I called the emergency service and they were able to converse with me in English and help resolve my issue in a very timely manner. I would use city locker again.

  Rented a locker on two different days in two different locations in Paris. Both times the code wasnt emailed to me automatically so I had to email support to get it but they responded quickly. The Gare du Nord lockers are not in the station (about a 5 min walk away).

  Absolutely incredible service. Super easy to book the locker online. All the information needed to book a locker such as Locker size, location, the entire process, safety etc is available and explained in a simple way. The entire process of booking, keeping your luggage and taking it back is simplied and it is secured with Cameras. I loved it. Congratulations to whole team.

  Excellent location. Great instructions. Clean facilities. We arrived at Gare du Nord in the morning and left on a train to Austria from Gare de l’Est in the evening. This service was perfect.

  Easy and convenient storage near the train station for an overnight in Paris! Highly recommended if you don’t want to transport luggage around. We stored 4 hard covered carry-on suitcases and a laptop bag.

  I was never able to use the locker on Saturday April 8. Neither I nor my husband were able to access the lockers. 30€ wasted. Nobody picked up the phone. About 10 people were inside with the same issue. We have videos. Please give me a refund.

  Bonjour Thanks for your message We have check in our systems and see that you have open your locker at 12:18 am and reopen it at 18:40. As you are the only one to have the codes who cannot be? We have also check our camera and your locker has been used. Why are you asking for a 30€ refund as you only book and used one? For some reason we do not understand you are lead. Send us your video it will e very interesting. Other people outside at the same time where propanly booking ….

  Easy to find from Gare du Nord and everything very simple once we got to the store - bear in mind this is a self service store, no staff are present. Luckily I had written down the codes we needed to access the store and our pre-booked locker as I couldn't get online on my phone, and all the info was on my emails. No issues otherwise, would use again if we ever needed to.

  big locker, fits two handbagage trolleys and a bag as the lockers are v deep. you just check in with your code to enter the room and then with another code you open your locker. its inbetween gare du nord and gare l'est so its always nearby a big station.

  Good Day I was unable to locate lockers in the Gare De Nord location. The attendants working there sent me to another locker location and said there was no City Locker. I paid in advance and tried to contact City Lockers by email and no one ever responded. Thank you
