  This location is described as "five minutes from Les Halles," but it's more like 15-20 minutes walking, which is a long way to drag heavy bags. Otherwise, it worked fine.

However, storage’s addresses are clearly indicated on the website just before ordering a booking. Furthermore, there is also a Google Maps which allows you to measure the distance and time from your departure location to the storage.   Having to make an account and all that is a hassle, specially when you are in a hurry and you must have internet access, there is no physical person to assist, but location is convenient, not far from subway. The lockers are clean and location easy to find.

It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations.   Hello Wolfgang, thank you for your opinion, However, CityLocker Gare du Nord is located exactly between the two train stations ( 7 min (550m) to Gare du Nord and 5 min (400m) to Gare de l'Est) so we don't really understand from what place we are to far away.   We used it for an evening flight after an early checkout. It was very easy to use, easy navigation, and very helpful for us. Only downside - from the website we got the impression the locker will be much bigger. no way we could fit 4 suitcases in this locker.

  Perfect from start to finish. Email with directions and access details were simple to understand. We enjoyed the local Sunday food market, which we wouldn’t have seen only for using the lockers. We choose the locker close to the Tour Eiffel, which was in comfortable walking distance.

  Honestly so handy - thank god we found theses I really didn't want to leave my luggage after checking out the airbnb in some of the places listed online, or have to carry it round either. So easy to use - codes came through immediately had several locations over the city so just chose the one closest to us. 10/10 would use again.

  Bonsoir Thanks for using our service and for your feed back. The location you have booked is 10 mn walking distance from Eiffel Tower and musée du quai Branly not sure it is very fare. By the way all the distances information are given in our website so that you can choose not to book if you think it’s to fare from where you want to go. Sorry you didn’t enjoy our service.

  The locker wouldnt open with the code, so we couldnt use the service. There were 4 other people waiting inside who aklso couldnt access their locker. One guy was o0n the phone to the help line phone nummber, but there was nobody picking up the phone to help

  Sorry you have had a problem in using our service. No problem has been reported by you or other people that day and we have check in our system and it reports that the locker has been open at 12:50:56 the 1rst time and 12:51:15 the second time May be you just do not pull the door? Further more no message has been left on our hotline mentioning any problem. When you call the hotline it asks you in 3 languages to leave a message in case of emergency so that we can call you back. Could it be you have not called the right number? And finally we have check the phone number given by you and didn't find any call; have you used another tel number? Please get in touch with our custumer's service so that we can face this problem and of course refund you if we considered it is a technical problem

  Very happy. For one bag, the price would have been a bit much, but we had 3 big bags and we wanted to enjoy our final day in Paris without carrying all the stuff around. 15 euros feels like a bit much for storage, but it was right in the city center close to the places we wanted to see on our last day. 15 euros for freedom was worth it in my opinion!

  Everything was fine except for the size of the locker. For the price, was expecting to fit a size 79/29 checked in luggage standard hand carry luggage. To my surprise only the 79/29 could fit plus about 5 inches on top only. Disappointing.

  The buttons to type in the code do not work properly. I had to reenter the code 5-6 times for it to work, and this had already been the case when I used it in October 2022. Also a large spanish family (15 ) entered the citylocker so we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they would not move... Other than that nothing to say, simple and efficace...would use again

  This place is a Live saver especially since the majority of places like hotels and AirB&B's does not let you in before 3pm. So we arrived early in the morning and had a whole lot of time to wait before check in so by storing our huge luggages (we reserved 2 lockers) we were then able to freely walk and explore Paris especially the Eiffel Tower while we were waiting to check in. A very productive use of our time.

  There should be much clearer instructions especially regarding more than one locker, and there is no easy way to contact customer service in english. The locker was large ebough to fit in a large suitcase and after understanding how it works with multiple lockers worked just fine

The locker size is clearly indicated on the website as well as the number of luggage it can feet but it is difficult for us to give an advise as we do not see your luggage; we can just give a recommandation.   Lugar fácil de llegar, los compartimientos son amplios, nosotros colocamos 3 maletas de cabina y 1 mochila perfectamente. Te pasan por SMS códigos para la puerta y para el compartimiento. Estaba todo muy limpio.
