  The booking web app is easy to use. The passwords immediately arrived on my cell phone: one is for the front door, the other for opening the locker. The last digits of the pw identify the assigned locker.

  Really easy and secure. Codes for the door and lockers messaged to me, only a 10 minute walk ( if that) from the metro (chateau Les Halle's). 2 cabin cases and 2 ruck sacks easily fit in 1 locker.

  Hello Vincent, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

  Easy and fast booking and access. Once I booked online I was sent the code immediately to get into the lockers. The location is ideal for us because it is right next to the Paris Gare l’Est train station (5 min walk). My only minor complaint is that the locker had foul smell. It wasn’t so strong that it left our belongings with the same odor but it was unpleasant to open the locker when dropping/picking our belongings.

  Eventually it did its job as expected and our luggage was kept there for several hours. However, although we were sent a text with a password for the door and another one for the locker itself: The entrance door could be opened just by pushing it, so no extra security layer, and when it comes to the locker, we spent a good 15 minutes trying to understand what we were doing wrong and the locker wouldn’t open. Eventually after many attempts where we were literally inserting the same code again and again, all of a sudden the locker did us the favour and opened.

During this period the controls with the video had been increased in order to check and ensure the sécurisation of your belongings. Now the problem is fixes:).   Excellent service and it was convenient to put the suitcase in the box. I don't put excellent only because we had problems with the entrance door, once the code sent was entered it did not open immediately. After a few calls it worked.

  The site was easy to use. The first time I purchased a locker here I did it last minute by smartphone while standing in front of the building. It only took a minute or two after the credit card transaction for the key code for the door to activate.

  I mistakenly booked for 25th January instead of 25th February and asked Support whether the booking could be changed but have had no reply. I have now made a separate booking for 25th February and have asked Support whether I may have a refund for the January booking. I have had no reply whatsoever and am very disappointed.

  Great location , easy to find and communication was perfect , received a text immediately after payment giving very detailed directions and door code numbers which worked perfectly. Great service and good value .Lockers are very big , easily fit it 4 rucksacks or other smaller type cases

  Fairly close to airport bus and it was convenient. It was helpful that the locker was reusable within the day. I stored my suitcase in the morning and came back to add some souvenir in the afternoon. Then eventually I collected the luggage in evening. at first i thought it was a bit expensive but at the end it's worth paying.

  Wrong information on pricing and it is way too expensive. In the website it says that it is 2€ daily, based on that I went to the place and found out that I have to pay 15€ instead. I feel tricked. And 15€ is too much.

  Misinformation regarding the amount of luggage able to fit in locker resulted in us having to purchase a second locker upon arriving. This was further challenged by the fact that no cell reception is able to be accessed in the shop leaving me standing outside in rain trying to purchase locker online. Upon acquiring a second locker it was revealed that our designated locker was faulty and did not properly close. I then proceeded to contact helpline whilst standing outside in rain again only to find the helpline is only in french. Would give zero stars if I could!

  Very easy to locate and book a locker. Very secure method and was a handy way of storing our luggage due to having a flight booked later on that night which saved us having to take our luggage around with us all day whilst site-seeing.

  Io ed i miei abbiamo prenotato e pagato 6 cassette e non ne abbiamo utilizzata neanche una in quanto non si aprivano Abbiamo atteso più di un'ora, tra tentativi e arrivo del tecnico ma in alcune prove si aprivano, subito dopo, riprovando no. Probabilmente c'era un guasto tecnico. Alla fine ce ne siamo andati nel timore che al ritorno avremmo perso troppo tempo nel riaprirle. Pessima esperienza, inoltre abbiamo fatto presente la problematica via chat, ma non siamo stati neanche risarciti

  Very convenient. Cheaper than other lockers, but the lockers in Paris are expensive. They are big and hold a lot. I wish there were more lockers in convenient places, like near bus stops.
