  There could be the possibility to inform the bag size and take a lower locker. If you are alone and needs to lift a 23kg bag estou the top locker, you can have some difficulties. The system works very good and the location was nice.

  Easy to navigate the booking (which is only online), good sized lockers, could fit about 5 backpacks with no issue. The code system is great, there's cctv and a person inside cleaning and keeping an eye on things.

  Not happy paid for 4 lockers however when I went one was being used and was full of someone’s cases. This is very unsafe as items could be stolen. And I have not been refunded either

  It was fairly easy to use and get to. For reference, our family of 5 needed 3 lockers for 5 small suitcases, 5 carry-ons, jackets, and a few misc items. It was good that it opened at 8:00am (the others opened at 10:00) and it was open on Jan 1 (others were not).

  Easy enough to find, The lockers are secure as you have to type the code in SLOWLY and it is obvious when you get it correctly. Nice neighborhood, nice places to eat and some shopping. Near bus and Metro lines.

It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations.   The lockers are full of dirt. They should be cleaned daily. The size of the locker could be better specified before purchase. In our case, we paid for 2 lockers to put 3 suitcases in and then we saw that everything would have fit perfectly in one locker. Impossible to request a refund.

  Before booking the lockers I talked to customer support. I told them we had 4 carry ons and 4 backpacks. They suggested we book 4 lockers. We only needed two. I asked for a refund. I have reached out to them several times without any response. I am not happy with the service.

  Easy to use and secure. First time using city locker but not the last! Lockers hold more than we anticipated! A large small rolling duffle or 2 rolling bags plus 1-2 backpacks. Great option for travel days without luggage hassles.

  Thankful for these lockers being in existence, as we were not able to check into our Airbnb until late afternoon and arrived in Paris very early. 4 stars only because it took several tries to get the codes to work for our lockers but it worked out in the end. Definitely felt safe and secure with our bags there for several hours. And great location!

  For tourist who don't have an international sim, the wifi didn't seem to work, it would be a better help if I could use the wifi to buy the locker for the bags, or even receive the codes. Codes were a bit finicky and hard to try the number pad was resetting constantly. All in all almost excellent.

  Good idea and practical. The code on the door is the same code as for the lockers. Only one number needs to be added. I find this very insecure. A woman stood constantly at the code field. At first we thought she was looking for her own code because she was constantly doing something on her cell phone. Unfortunately, we were too careless at first and entered the code in front of the woman. Then she just squeezed through the door and was then in the room. She just stood at the code field the whole time and waited for us to enter our code and our luggage. So beware of scammers! The situation was too unsafe for us and unfortunately we couldn't use the locker. Waste of money.

  Excellent luggage facility in the Paris Opera district. East to find and external door and locker codes worked first time. Would recommend and use again myself.

  Super easy and convenient. We got on the website and booked our locker as we stood out front. It took maybe 30 seconds to get the code.

  Everything worked out well and we could enjoy a day in Paris without having to carry around our luggage. Price is ok because the lockers are big enough for more than 1 suitcase.
