  while booking two lockers I received a failed notification, so I booked it online again. Funny enough it turns out the first booking wasn´t a failure, the fee was charged two times and I ended up having 4 lockers, while I only needed 2 and used only two There is no way to cancel. So - the lockers are what they are - funtioning, but the booking system is below zero

  Hello, The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) the size of our lockers is 85*61*48cm, which allows you to leave up to 3 bags or 3 cabin suitcases or a large suitcase and a small bag. For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

  It was very good, the Opera locker is just a couple of minutes from the bus to the airport and to main attractions such as Palais du Opera or galleries Lafayette Haussmann..all worked well besides I hade to enter the door code 4 times when I went to pick up my bags (for sure something that can be fixed by the company,). Overall I would definitely use it again.

  Since the queue for lockers at Gare du Nord was insanly long, we were happy, we found the offer from city locker. Everything worked out fine, but it wasn't exactly cheap (€15; whe only used one locker for about 5 hours).

  Very useful service, esay booking, quick confirmation. Both the room and the lockers were very clean. Price is fair. I give 4 star instead of 5 just because in two out of two venues I had a bit of problem with the keypads that open the door. But the overall impression is still very positive.

  I can highly recommend Citylocker. We booked in advance and it did everything we needed for our group. We arrived in Paris really early and were staying not far from there so dropped our cases and had all day to sightsee. When we collected them the room had been cleaned thoroughly. We did the same on departure as we were leaving late. It is very secure and although I was little concerned in the beginning I wouldn't hesitate to use Citylocker again. Excellent 😁

  terrible! they advertise that it costs two euros, and they charge you 2 per locker. I bought 11 for my family, and they only delivered 8 codes. I called to complain and was mistreated by the attendant. Had to beg to get the codes, missed 3 hours of travel and spoiled my first day. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

The email you received only included 8 codes and as soon as you called us, we checked and we assigned you the last 3 lockers and sent your codes and you refused one of the lockers... you probably haven't lost 3 hours I can give you your locker opening hours...

  We arrived 8 minutes after 10 pm and we couldn’t get our luggage. Nobody answered our messages or phone calls and we had to go to our hotel (50 min away from the centre) without our luggage. We had to come back the following day and pay for the whole day again.

  All went well and easily. I had to create an account and paid 15 EUR for one locker via PayPal and immediately received an SMS and email with the deposit code and locker number. The locker is sufficient to store one large luggage, one small-sized luggage, and two backpacks.

  I tried the telephone number the day of and no one answered. I emailed, which is what the next logical step was. You are spending an inordinate amount of time on this; too bad the same energy was not evident when I needed help. I am sure you have many happy customers. I am not one of them.
