  After I had put the luggage in the compartment, I wanted to try opening it again for later, just to be on the safe side. Well, the code I entered was no longer accepted and the compartment could no longer be opened. But the code I entered was definitely correct. To be honest, I also had the feeling that someone in the background was having fun and deliberately not accepting the code. I was able to open it a few hours later, but City Locker definitely ruined the last day of my holiday, because the whole time I couldn't be sure that I would be able to get my luggage out again in time. I was thinking about my luggage the whole time. Next time, I will use the locker at the station.

When you returned you entered the correct code and your locker opened.   Thank you for asking about my experience. Overall, they are rather negative. When we entered the room, other users were already desperately trying to open their lockers. Our Locker also did not open after several attempts. The keypad does not allow for a reset or input correction. Only after I entered the code in the entrance door again did the Locker open. Apparently, the system cannot process several customers at the same time. The input device at the front door does not always react correctly and is much too old. No one could be reached personally at the hotline number. The price should at least be chosen gradually depending on the rental period. Overall, I would think twice before using this service again.

  Very simple solution to storing bags while traveling. Lockers were large, clean and easy to acess. Station was in a safe area and cost of storage was reasonable. Phone contact available to assist with access issues for someone who dies not speak French. I highly recommend this service.

  I had problems with opening my locker so I tried to contact the service multiple times within the opening hours. I called as well as wrote an email but did not get any answer. Fortunately, I managed to handle the situation on my own, but for 12 euros that I paid I should have received the help I needed immediately.

  I traveled to Paris in late May and had several hours before I could check into my Air BnB and didn’t want to haul my bags everywhere. I used the Châtelet - Les Halles lockers for several hours. It was close by to the major tourist spots. I booked online and didn’t get a code for the door/locker immediately but emailed the company with my confirmation booking # and they resent a code in the following hour. I would use this company again and recommend for luggage storage.

  City lockers was perfect for us to store our luggage until our flight later that evening. You reserve the lockers online and receive a door code and locker code. We found that one of the lockers assigned to us did not work so we called and within 30 seconds they changed our locked and even popped it open for us. Note: each locker can fit one large checked suitcase or two small carryon sized suitcases.

  While my experience with City Locker got off to a rough start, I can’t really blame the company. I had initially thought that the locker locations were staffed, and so I was never considered how I would access my locker if the lockers were not staffed — which in fact is the case. Turns out after the fact I found an email in my “junk” folder with all the necessary access information — but that didn’t help much, because I never checked there. Fortunately, I was able to reach someone at their central office, and they were able to provide the needed access codes. BOTTOM LINE: Check your email and if you don’t see anything, check your “spam/junk” folder!

  I had to pay for two lockers since I never got confirmation from the first. Then when I finally got my locker the door didn't work so I had to call customer service, who didn't answer. I had to bargain with someone over text to re-send my new code. The entire process was more expensive and took more time than a supposedly "convenient" service.

  excelente, ubicación inmejorable para aprovechar París hasta último momento. pudimos dejar las maletas entran 2 de mano y tres en los normales,. en la ópera no hay consigna dejamos todo allí y pudimos visitar la Ópera y después irnos al Aeropuerto. Seguro rápido y fácil usar.

  Thank you for your message. The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day. The size of our lockers is 85*61*48cm, which allows you to leave up to 3 bags or 3 cabin suitcases or a large suitcase and a small bag.

  A perfect location to leave luggage, very safe with great instructions for entry to the facility and the locker and we were able to fit one large suitcase and two hand carry trolley bags into the locker which was a bonus for 12 Euros.

  This was a reasonably priced Service, and a good solution to a later check in at my Airbnb. It was completely self service, so make sure to bring your codes. The lockers were roomie and clean. I did wish that I could have specifically chosen a lower locker, as it was a bit challenging to lift my heavy suitcase without assistance. But, I probably should’ve packed lighter.
