  I hate that you have to supply your email. It should be that you put money in the machine and you have access to the locker. Second the machine gave me access to a locker that was already used. I had to get a third locker just to put our stuff.

  Easy, efficient, and straightforward process. The code was given via email. We stored our stuff in one locker that fit our 2 carry-on suitcases, 3 backpacks, and 2 big totes. The facility felt very secure - you cannot open more than one locker at a time. Keep in mind there are no staff on site, but there are QR codes and phone numbers clearly posted in case you need assistance. We stored our items for one day and did not run into any issues.

  Citylocker at Gare du Nord was clean, well lit and secure. The directions with the code to unlock the main door and locker were sent right away and were easy to follow. The lockers fit a large suitcase plus a backpack.

  a really safe locker for your luggage when you have a late flight and want to spend some more time in the city without worrying about your luggage! Its really easy to use actually and the room is big enough to fit 3-4 carry on luggage!

  Great way to store your luggage when your plan arrives at 9:30 am but you can’t get into your apt until 4pm! Easily booked the service the night before on my phone from the airport. No problems at all.

  Loved the City Lockers! We came to Paris from London and couldn't check in to our air bnb and we had tickets to the Eiffel Tower. This completely saved us! They were easy to use and figure out!

  Locker area was secure with no issues. My only complaints are to the company, that there is no hourly rate for people who only needs to leave their bags for a few hours not the full day but have to pay the full day rate. Also that if I’m paying the full day rate, I should be able to come and open the locker as needed throughout the day since I paid for the full day.

  Good set up, easy to book, passwords for premises and lockers easy to use. Lockers can take 1 large 1 medium suitcase bag. Some lockers are higher and might be tricky for lifting heavy luggage. Pay attention to hours of access. Overall good service.

  The keypad is jammed so typing in the code is not easy. Also, everywhere they advertise "From €2" but it's minimum €15 for a day, so that's false advertising which is not right. But good service if you're desperate :)

  Easy and convenient. So happy we used these lockers because we were able to walk around all day without worrying about our bags before we could check in to our AirBnB. Also, went on a 3 day side trip but didn't want to lug all our luggage.

  Excellent service. We store our luggage in the Le Halles location. Be aware that the address is not in the mall but like 8 minutes walk so if you need a train for/from the airport you need to take the time and the distance in consideration

  This is an excellent option for those who arrive early in the am into Europe but aren’t able to check in to their hotel or AirBnb until the afternoon. Safe place to leave your bags and go explore and have a meal before you get to your hotel or apartment. Highly recommend!!

  Easy registration, and booking on the website. With the received code was easy to get inside. Opening the reserved locker was a bit harder: you have to type the code slow enough to recognise it. Anyway, good service, but would be better somewhere closer to metro station.
