Verified reviewThe lockers are full of dirt. They should be cleaned daily. The size of the locker could be better specified before purchase. In our case, we paid for 2 lockers to put 3 suitcases in and then we saw that everything would have fit perfectly in one locker. Impossible to request a refund.

However, cleaning society members come several times per week to clean the lockers and the premises to make your visit as pleasant as possible. However, the lockers sizes are written on our website and can be stored up to 4 luggages (IATA Regulations), it also depends on the luggages size of course. Verified reviewBefore booking the lockers I talked to customer support. I told them we had 4 carry ons and 4 backpacks. They suggested we book 4 lockers. We only needed two. I asked for a refund. I have reached out to them several times without any response. I am not happy with the service.

However, the lockers sizes are written on our website and can be stored up to 4 luggages (IATA Regulations), it also depends on the luggages size of course. Regarding the refund, as indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable or refundable, only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement

This would not be an issue if I had not called ahead of time and explained in detail the size of the luggage we had. I did this to have a sense of how many I should book ahead of time. I feel I was not given the right information by your customer service.
