Verified reviewVery easy and straight forward. In a great location to the Gard du Nord, less than a 5 minute walk. We dropped our cases in the morning, visited Monmarte, and collected them in the afternoon. The lockers are a good size and I could fit my suitcase, rucksack and coat inside one.

Verified reviewNice convenient location, but the space was rather small. (So when multiple parties were inside at the same time - which happened as we dropped off, and when we picked up - it was a challenge to move around and store, or remove your suitcases). Codes worked, but you had to enter the number slowly, and it sometimes took multiple tries. Don't know what we would have done without this service, so it was good to have it available - but the experience could have been better.

Verified reviewThe process of ordering a locker was very complex. So much so that I ended up paying for more than I had to because I originally booked for the wrong date. You should just be able to book a locker on site like most other locker programs in big cities. After a long international flight this process was exhausting for me.

Hello Thanks for your feedback Taking an order online takes less than 2 minutes if you follow the steps correctly without returning. This should not be seen as a constraint but just a time saver. You book while being in your transport to arrive and drop off directly. And if you have any questions, our hotline is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
