Verified reviewWe arrived 8 minutes after 10 pm and we couldn’t get our luggage. Nobody answered our messages or phone calls and we had to go to our hotel (50 min away from the centre) without our luggage. We had to come back the following day and pay for the whole day again.

When making your reservation you were aware of the situation, you indicate that you arrived 8 minutes after 10 p.m., for the safety of the place and the luggage present inside the door is automatically locked at 10 p.m. and the alarms is ok

I understand it´s automatically locked but you could at least answer the phone. You can´t leave people without their luggage just for 8 minutes.
