Verified reviewIt was very convenient and straight forward although I did feel a big anxious about the fact all the lockers opened with the same code but with the digit of the locker number changed. I would feel a lot better if each locker had completely different codes.

Verified reviewEasy to purchase with clear instructions for location and entry. The building was easy to find but not so obvious that any passer-by would realise it was full of luggage/an easy target for stealing things. We got in the building with no issue using the secure code keypad. However, the interior keypad to unlock our individual locker was difficult to use, keys were sticky, and I had to enter the code multiple times until the locker unlocked. The format of the individual locker codes was formulaic so anyone else who was using that Citylocker venue would have been able to crack the code for our locker and take our things, which made us a bit anxious. Thankfully nobody did. Our locker was a great size, more than enough room for our stuff. We were lucky that we managed to get in and out without too much trouble once I had figured out that the interior keypad was dodgy and needed pressing a certain way.

Verified reviewLocker codes didn’t work. Customer service was not available to help. When they finally reached back it was 30 mins after we attempted to drop off luggage, so we had already hopped on our train. Customer service blamed us for “entering the code wrong” - no acknowledgement that we were provided wrong codes.

Hello Our hotline is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. We remind you that all the other customers managed to enter and that after verification you had not entered the correct codes, that is why you could not enter.

That is not true at all. Customer service was not responsive. I was with 4 other friends who all tried the codes provided and no one was able to unlock the lockers. This is not a user-error issue. This is a breakdown on your end, and you refuse to do the right thing and at least acknowledge it. Horrible customer service.
