Great service!! You get a code via sms and you just walk in, open your locker, walk out, come back after a while, open your locker again and that’s it! It’s super safe and super easy to use!! I will definitely be using this more often in the future.

May husband I went to Paris, on our last day, we still have plenty of time to go around but as we all know the check out in hotels are until noon only, so we used this citylocker near the train station so it’ll be easy for us. It is a bit challenging to find the location as it is not in the main street. And during that time, there’s a construction going in front so the whole place was covered behind. We also had difficulties accessing the locker for some technical reason. Good thing is that they have a very attentive customer service. Who can access/help remotely. After several try, we managed to get in and securely lock our stuffs. All in all I will give them a good rate, if not just with technical problems. They are helpful and prompt.

Used Citylocker Paris in December after staying at Disneyland and wanting to spend some time sightseeing. Found after doing search and location seemed ideal. Taxi dropped us and we just had to register details and get code. Had a few problems getting it to accept my uk address and postcode but managed and got entry code sent. Easy to operate and follow instructions..very clean ..lockers plenty big enough. 2 easy jet size cabin bags one child’s wheeled suitcase and 3 carry on bags and gift shopping and still had room to spare. Highly recommend and would use again. Really good price. Brilliant

Easy to use and very practical. We had three small suitcases (hand luggage) that fit easily. The only thing not so convenient: it was a bit hard to find (even with Google maps) and quite a walk from the trainstation

al regresar para recoger la maleta del locker el sistema no funcionaba, ninguno de los lockers abria por lo que tuvimos que llamar a la asistente del espacio y no pudo solucionar el inconveniente hasta que uno de los cliente pudo ver que habian desenchufado el sistema de la electiricidad. Deben cuidar mucho el sistema electrico ya que hubo personas que se tuvieron que ir sin su maleta , inclusive varios perdieron el vuelo

Gracias por su devolución, olvidó especificar que enviamos un técnico en el lugar que resolvió el problema. El técnico llegó al sitio menos de 15 minutos después de su llamada.
