  I ordered a next day delivery but product on courier tracking wasn't showing. I contacted C&W for an update. The courier had lost the parcel but C& W promised to resend and refund my extra costs for next day delivery. So polite and helpful solving my problem.

  I haven’t yet received my order as it seems to be lost. I have informed them of the lengths I have been to to try and locate which neighbour the parcel was supposedly left with and have had no further response. I even tracked the postman down to see if he remembered where it was delivered to but he didn’t. Gutted 😞

  Totally unprofessional. Wrapping looked like it had been around the block. Thankfully my order was there and I understand repackaging but this looked like a dogs diner. When I brought up the issue the issue was defensive and passive aggressive. As much as I need art supplies I did not like the passive aggression and the devalued attitude of simply not carding.

  Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you received such a poorly wrapped parcel and I totally agree that recycling does not mean shabby and unprofessional. Before I look into this to make sure this doesn't happen again, could you please confirm what you mean by? "When I brought up the issue the issue was defensive and passive aggressive". Did you call our customer service team and they were passive aggressive or did you speak to someone else, eg. the person who delivered the product? If it was one of our team was it a man or woman?   The reply from your company was we recycle and they could see by photos I provided and they said there was nothing wrong with the wrapping. Which is passive aggression and as the order was fulfilled there was no need to say an apology to the customer. I showed proof and they said it looked good to them. I do not have the photos . And they treated a valued customer with disrespect

  Good products well priced. Sadly C&W use Evri for their deliveries. As with every other Evri delivery I have experienced it was a tortuous tale of failure and misinformation. Amongst this total cock-up the lovely customer services lady at C&W sorted me a complete new delivery of my order with a different courier. So I got it. Heaven knows what Evri have done with the original parcel.

  Super fast delivery with excellent products. I was able to use my new pencil set when I started the new term at art class. The Deco flakes are great, good sized amount and beautiful colours which have already been used in my resin making of craft items.   Excellent from from start to finish. Easy to navigate website, good information on the product, received in excellent condition and very well wrapped in brown paper product is absolutely perfect for the framed picture I’d like to display at a function. Would happily recommend this company.

  The site as it turns out is very misleading. I ordered what was described as a sketchbook but when it arrived it was a Kraft book with brown pages. When I tried to return it I was told that it would not be postage paid as they had sent the correct item.. I checked the product description and it clearly called it a sketch book, somewhere along the way what is described and what is sent are not the same. Poor customer service.. I won’t use this company again.

  Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm afraid I have to disagree with you. The images and description clearly show that the product has kraft pages not white ones. You're very entitled to send the goods back if you changed your mind (or made a mistake) but this would obviously be at your cost as there is nothing wrong with the product. Kind regards, Guy.
