  Site is easy to navigate and lots of choice at very reasonable prices. Looked at Amazon first but saw the articles I wanted wereprovided by Cowling and Wilcox so went to their site instead. Incidentally they were cheaper! Took a little longer to arrive but as they were Christmas presents that was no problem.

  The navigation around the site was easy and the description of products clear and accurate. Delivery took longer than anticipated but other than that a really good service.

  I was disappointed because I paid an extra £5 for next day delivery and had to wait 3 days for it to arrive. In the current circumstances they should probably not have that option available as it’s difficult to achieve.

  The craft kit I ordered (monsters and vehicles) was completely different from that advertised. In fact there was nothing in it relating to a monster or vehicle in any shape or form. Instead it had cute whales and animals, which i doubt the child for whom I bought it will appreciate as much. The company were adamant when I contacted them that it was the correct package and would not change it. I feel strongly that it varied so much from that described as to be not the product I ordered. I will not use this company in the future.

  Thank you for reviewing us. I've looked into this as this seems to be an issue with the Supplier where they are changing this product and its contents without telling us. I'm so sorry this wasn't the correct product which you ordered as our image and description was incorrect due to this issue.   As an update, we've now been in touch with the Supplier and, as we thought, they changed the bags without telling us. We checked them a few months ago and they were fine but, as you rightly pointed out, they are now very different. We've updated the correct info on our site now so hopefully that clears up the confusion. Once again, we're very sorry for this mistake.
