I can assure you they left us in good condition but there's the odd driver out there who treat parcels with little or no respect. I understand our customer service team have been in touch with you and we've provided you with a refund for the damaged product and you've decided to switch it out for a smaller workstation. This is a hugely popular easel and we get rave reviews about it. I can assure you it's a very good quality product but if treated with disrespect (like the odd driver) they will unfortunately break. Very poor experience. I ordered the items on the 8th of February, as a Valentine's present. The item didn't arrive until the 19th February. On the website delivery is said to typically take 5 business days... but often no more than 24 hours. As a frequent customer who has spent a lot of money with Cowling and Wilcox I am questioning whether I will continue to purchase from C&W online.

For example, if a customer buys and easel and soem paint, we'll often protect the paint by packing it inside the easel. Often, once this is explained, our customers will find the products. However, I've looked into your order and can see this outcome makes no sense at all in your case as you just bought 4 paints. They are from Pro Arte which are an excellent British brand but the bristles are hog so, you're right, they can be quite stiff.
