    Order placed for goods 'In Stock' on 11th December, spent days at status 'on way to despatch centre', eventually went to status 'delay' and then again to 'might be out of stock' ... only automated response from customer service and impossible to change or add an actual replacement product.     I have ordered complete Spearfishing equipment for 1.200€. They forgot to send 1 item out of 32 ordered and it was a snorkel, then they send it in another package and charge me the shipping cost one more time., but package didn’t arrived on time before my diving trip. So this was most expensive snorkel because shipping costs was almost as snorkel and I need to buy another one in local shop because of delay. Bad experience indeed.

Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received.     Much cheaper than Amazon, so I was suspicious, particularly in the light of some negative reviews. However, in practise, my concerns proved to be unfounded. The selection and ordering process were straightforward and helpful, whilst subsequently I received regular updates on the process of my order. The parcel arrived more rapidly from Spain than I expected. In fact, the whole experience was so good that I ordered again almost immediately. First class service- well done!

    At this shop good number of items, but no one knows when you will be received it even customer service. On my request when I will get my order Customer service reply with apologies, and gave me 2 options, or wait, or cancel order. It is very pure communication.
