  Purchasing experience and products supplied all good. However, when making my order I made a mistake on sizing. I realised relatively quickly and tried to call to advise I needed to amend the order. Their phone lines were not working and I tried at least 10-20 times a day for 3-4 days with the same operator message "this number is not recognised", I also emailed through the contact section and had no response. I eventually thought to try and message their instagram page and finally got a response saying customer service would be in touch. Another day passed and finally got a response saying my order had already been prepared and as it was a customised order could now not be returned. I completely understand this and it was my mistake, however I was trying to contact for several days before the order had been prepared to amend the order and as I said their lines were down so I couldn't. I expected some help or some sort of goodwill gesture on this, maybe a discount on purchasing again, spending over £600 twice on the same product you would have thought they might be more willing to be accomodating but no, I was basically told 'tough luck' even though part of the problem was EkoSport's contact lines.

  Bought new Atomic skis and bindings - great price and quick delivery but the bindings were mounted in different places on the two skis and not level/even. Disappointing for relatively expensive items. A lack of attention to detail by the ski technicians was really disappointing - in fact unacceptable.

  Order was easy to place unfortunately I didn’t like the shirts . The return process is long - they have see a picture of the product you are returning. Two days later you receive a return code . 3 weeks after returning you don’t hear anything, they ask you to prove you sent it. . When you prove it was sent eventually they proses a refund, this takes a week to arrive in your account. Three days after receiving the money - 6 weeks since returning the items you are accused of only returning one item and are told to pay money back. I would never use this company again .

  I have no complaints whatsoever! I found the skis I have been wanting, brand new model for 23/24 with 16% off and was able to add an extra 18% off on top! Cheaper than any other store/website by far! Bindings mounted for free and fit my boots perfectly. Cannot fault Ekosport!

  Good range of products at decent prices. Would have given 5* but for the delivery. There is no way to track the delivery or schedule at a convenient time. They claimed to have tried and failed a couple of times yet we were in. Skis arrived in good condition. Not yet checked the binding setting but previous purchases have been fine on that score.

  I definitely will NOT shop online with this company again in future. Shopping online with EKOSport can work out expensive if you need to return your items - I was charged £14.99 to return my shoes. I tried to cancel my order before it was despatched, but my request was not read in time and the customer service phone line was engaged every time I attempted to call. Also I never received a despatch notification and I had to chase up both receipt of my return (which took 10 days using their required return process) and my refund. I have now received my refund.

  the website shoe sizing is incorrect. You have a .co.uk website domain so everyone would assume your sizes are UK sizes. I made my order for a size 7.5. and then having read negative online reviews, i noticed several others had the issue of selecting what they thought were UK sizes only to be sent the wrong size shoes. Once i had realised your website was incorrect. i tried to contact your customer service line on the website, which doesnt work. i tried over 20 times over a working week and not once did i get through! extremely poor service and terrible experience. I hope i get this resolved soon but i cant get hold of anyone so will be leaving a negative review every day until it's resolved or someone contacts me back.

  Ordered some millet trek 5’s to the UK. Great set of boots. The Ekosports were quick with delivery and amazing at keeping me updated! I was dubious about ordering from abroad but the price was too good to be true. I would 100% use them again and again. Fantastic service from start to finish!

  Having received the wrong size, the returns process is long winded and painful. The customer is having to compensate for the poor systems in place. I could not make one return for both items and had to process them separately despite being delivered in one box. I have returned the items nearly 3 weeks ago and still awaiting a refund.

  I purchased a ski outfit through Ekosport as they had the best pricing I could find on the internet. Unfortunately the trousers were too short and needed to be returned. The return process was not straightforward and required several emails back and forth. The return instructions are not translated well for English speakers and therefore unclear. I was also charged £14.99 for the return and not given the option to return via regular post.

  We had to return the product as it was the wrong size. The returns process seemed initially to be fine, and sending it back via the preferred courier, evri. And then nothing..so we sent repeated emails, and would appear to be asked for the same information repeated times, even though its ekosports choosen carrier that they have organised. To cut it to the bone there returns process sucks, worst experience of any online company I have known ...and we still have no refund, and its now a month since we returned the product

  Not great - I ordered the shoes on 8th September. I paid £15 for delivery and £1 for "preparation fees". This was for my wife's birthday and I needed them by 15th September. They arrived on 19th September.

  Shopping at ekosport co.uk was a positive experience. A wide availability of stock. Remarkable price's and offers. Quality of products are outstanding and come in their own packaging. Ekosport.co.uk deliver your bought items in an excellent safe and secure condition. Overall a pleasure to buy from the website. Only 4 out of 5 stars given due to the time of the delivery. Would have liked the purchase to have been a bit quicker to be delivered. If you buy from ekosport.co.uk consider that the delivery may take a little longer than you would like and factor this in before you buy from their website. I haven't made any contact with the company so couldn't say whether communication with ekosport would be good experience or a bad experance. I gave communication 3 stars just to be fair and neutral. I also haven't had the need to return any items either so couldn't make any comments regarding this. I also gave the return procedure 3 stars just to be fair and neutral. 4 out of 5 stars.

  I was very happy with my order, and especially the customer service. I needed to change the delivery address, I saw their phone number in the contact section which is rare nowadays, and gave them a call, I was answered quickly and the assistant had perfect English. He changed my address no problem and told me when my parcel was likely to be delivered, and he was right too. I was also kept up to date with delivery progress via email. I'll definitely use ekosport again.

  Delivery was within the specified timeframe but the lack of tracking wasn't all that reassuring. The product itself lacks structure and part of the securing loop that would aid this broke within the first run so, all I all I don't think I'll purchase camelback for the lack of longevity compared to the high end price.
