  Great value and delivered quicker than expected. UK Prices still competitive even with the courier costs. Saw some negative reviews but I knew my size in the products I wanted so took a chance, went for the DHL delivery option and my order arrived within a week. Good service would use again 👍🏼

  The shiipping costs are far too much and would’ve been cheaper and quicker by Royal Mail. I received my purchase after an email request for a reviiew. Had to pay for the items to be prepared? Was expecting them to be exceptionally packaged, which they were not. I have never paid a ‘preparing “ fee. There’s no invoice inside or any return information if they needed returning. The only reason I bought from this site was the fact they had my size and stated they were on discount, however when adding on the ‘extra fees” there really was not a saving. But at least I was able to get what I wanted.

  I cannot believe that return costs have to be paid by the customer. I do not know of any on line retailer who charges customers for returns something does not fit. This is the first time I have used this company but will not be using them again based upon return postage costs. All other on-line retailers provide a prepaid return postage slip. I will warn other people intending to use this site.

  I had an issue with the discount code I used that didn't end up in the total cost. This was sorted without hassle despite me having to send information a few times, my fault.   I would definitely use this site again, my purchase was easy, saved about £100 from anywhere else, the boots turned up as expected in brand new condition and the delivery was two days earlier than expected. I almost didn't use this website because of the negative reviews, I'm glad I went with my instinct and trusted my credit card company to fall back on if things went wrong. BUT, everything went right and very happy, thank you.

  Was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews on "trustpilot" Turvs out they were totally unfounded. An absolutely fantastic service from Ekosport. Ordered an Arcteryx Zeta Sl that was on sale with free courier delivery at over £50 less than i could find it on sale in the uk. I ordered on a Sunday, 1st thing Monday I got an email saying it was being prepared at by that evening another email with tracking details, I managed to track it with DPD the whole way, delivered to me 3 days after posting and 4 days after ordering from France to Scotland during a worldwide pandemic.
