  We are sincerely sorry that you have encountered difficulties with the shipping. However, you assert your parcel was lost whereas it was not the case. You placed your order on October 6 and it was delivered to you on October 15. You sent an email to us on October 14 that was answered the same day, telling you the package was on its way. Moreover, as specified on our website, the delivery time is not guaranteed so that it can take more time than the 4 to 5 days estimated. We apologize once again for the delay. Best regards.

  I was looking for Salomon Slide 4 for my wife but several sites only had the wrong colour or size. Ekosport's site was easy to use and I found the right combination quickly. Ordering was simple. The shoe price was very good but adding on courier delivery brought it back to a similar level to other companies. The courier delivery was excellent though - fast and great communication. Overall the combination of price, delivery and choice of items was the best.

  I was skeptical with ordering from Ektosport given the reviews on Trust Pilot, but I cannot praise them enough. I bought a very expensive Valandre Bloody Mary sleeping bag, which arrived 3-days later in pristine condition to the UK. No issues with customs/import fees. Trouble free, relieved and over the moon with their service. Would definitely use them again.
