Verified reviewDelivery took almost a week, but I think it's more because of Evri. My jacket is great. It was cheaper than anywhere else, so I worried a bit, but everything is legit.

Verified reviewOrdered skis at a very good price. Communications and customer service are a bit lacking compared to other online shops where you expect regular updates on your order. I didn't even receive a confirmation of my order. They also use EVRI to courier skis to the UK. There is one small problem some EVRI depots will not deliver larger packages (for e.g. skis!). I've read some stories where skis were not delivered or took weeks to arrive because of delays with Evri. I could see there were various hold-ups with EVRI with my skis, so to avoid more problems I sent several messages via their bot until I got a human to reply to me. I told her I needed skis for a trip to Austria on Sunday and a courier finally turned up on the Saturday morning. I would probably use EkoSport again (although I wish they use an alternative courier to EVRI) because the prices are great, but leave plenty of time and if EVRI are holding up your delivery, spam their bot like hell until you get a human reply.

Also to note that I placed my order on a Sunday and on Thursday morning was already at Home (given it comes from overseas), super fast delivery and really pleased. 100% recommend and I will be buying more in the future from Ekosport.
