  Their service is fantastic. My purchase arrived within 2 days, which was awesome. No sweating on the arrival.   I have ordered twice from eternity rose and intend to do so again each year. My wife absolutely loves these & wants a whole bouquet! Each valentines day she will receive another beautiful rose. The postage is super fast & the rose looks amazing, the display box is also very nice. Premium product and hassle free service. Thank you once again for helping me put a smile on my wife's face!

  My parcel was incorrectly addressed which resulted in the parcel traveling around the south-west of WA. After numerous phone calls, I eventually received my parcel on 29/12/2022. Very poor service if you cannot transpose an address from the order to the delivery.

  I was looking for a special 25th anniversary present. I spoke directly with the company, what and was more delighted with the service that I received. The staff member I talked to was brilliant, VERY helpful, polite and courteous. I rang on a Wednesday and the product was delivered interstate on the following Monday.
