  This company gave me the worst Valentine's Day ever. I will not be dealing with them again. I thought they would be good because they advertised on KIIS FM but I was mislead. The staff were cold and unreliable. My rose guaranteed to arrive the NEXT day arrived five days later. I waste of money because the Valentine's Day experience was lost. After many phone calls they forgot to ring me as promised. My disappointment was not resolved. The only thin I can do is never deal with them again and tell my friends ditto.

  I had a Rose delivered the year before so i thought i would do it again this year, but when my wife received an EMPTY BOX i was dumbstruck, how could this happen?, last year i was happy, but not this time around & it was not very nice for my wife of 52years to open an empty box, so not pleased with your service & after i have told the story to lots of family & friends it does not put your company in a bad place

  I still haven’t received my order. I called StarTrack today and was told I still wouldn’t get my order for another 10 days. I suggest you stop using StarTrack and use another company. I’ve paid for express delivery and it’s still going to take another 10 days (17 days total). It was supposed to a valentines gift which is way too late now. Very disappointed.

  It had a big clod on the top of the rose. It looks weird and all plugged up on the top. I definitely don't want to display it. The bottom of the stem is also messed up and not shiny. I wouldn't buy again.
