  I was extremely happy with the earring and pendant set I bought from eternity rose. I bought it the week before Christmas, and it arrived 3 days later from memory. I was also very happy with the way it was packed. The Auspost delivery person tossed it over the fence on a concrete path, but due to the great packaging, there was no damage whatsoever. Eternity rose is also chasing it up with Auspost. I have just purchased a rose and vase set for my wife for our 15 year anniversary because I was so happy with the quality of the jewelry.

  I can not express how disappointed I am! I have ordered one rose, it came in damaged! I returned and got an exchange, it came it with a defect. I needed this rose for my upcoming wedding day, I ordered a third rose, and it came in and had streaks of clear coat on the side of it, I was getting worried because my wedding day was coming up and I didn’t know if I would be able to get another rose in time. At this point I accepted the fact that I won’t get the other rose in time, but I really hoped it at least comes in nice, not damaged and without defect! Finally 2 weeks after my wedding it arrived! Yay! Right? Nope, it came in so damaged that it was painful to look at. I have honestly given up now and will only be returning this one for a refund, I do not trust at this point that I can receive a good rose. It’s very sad, as I have ordered a rose a long time ago and it came in and was very beautiful!

  Had the product delivered to my residence while I was away at work , my partner signed for package on my behalf. Which I had no problems with but it had the senders company name on it which gave away basically what the gift was . I am very disappointed as I thought surely the company wouldn’t put there trading name on the package . I have received a lot of packages from other companies in the mail who have been discreet about where the product has come from to hide the identity of the content.

  I received the package a few days ago within great time and it looks awesome. No problems there, what was a problem is the emails sent ever day after the purchase. As this was a surprise gift for my wife I had to be quick to remove them Incase she saw them, which wasn't that bad. The real problem was the package having the name from The Eternity Rose on it. My wife was the one who received the package at the post before I could and saw who it was from. Which has ruined the surprise. I would of expected being that most people would buy this as a gift, that the company name should not be used but one that doesn't indicate what the package would be. Something I think you should looking into.
