  how much longer do i have to wait, you had 4 days to deliver it, that was last tuesday, it has been now another 6 days. I can firmly believe it appears lost in transit, just send a replacement preferrably not by the same transport company.

  First rose received was of faulty quality but after supplying info and pictures the rose was speedily replaced and the replacement was of the expected excellent quality of Eternity Rose products. I have had several roses over the years and all have been superb so this was an anomaly and quickly rectified. I will happily continue to use Eternity Rose in the future as they have become a bit of a tradition when it comes to celebrating special occassions with my wife.

  I purchased a tight white bud and gave it to my wife, with her ring, on our wedding day. So far I have gifted her 9 more, all different colours, both tight and open buds, all given on Valentine’s day. Im making a tradition of it and intend to grow the bunch as large and varied as I can before I leave this world. These amazing gold and glazed roses are the perfect flower, each a little different, all stunning, with rich and vibrant colours. The few she has with filigreed leaves a special treat and among my personal favourites. I have given her some of the jewellery as well, a couple of different pendant and earring sets, these too are well received and beautiful. Quality product, excellent presentation, and superb customer service, mailing time, etc.. Unless this place absolutely plummet’s, I’m an annual, life long customer, a concept that my beautiful wife adores. Pity I cant pist a picture…

  Even though the original order arrived damaged. I sent photos and details via email original rise was replaced very promptly. Both deliveries were very quick. Thank you the service provided was very good. Staff who I spoke with or emailed were very helpful and easily communicated with.

  My Eternity Rose arrived perfectly packaged and earlier than I expected. It is in a very nice presentation box. The rose itself exceeds all my expectations, the photos on the web site do not do it justice. I bought it for our 25th Wedding Anniversary which is in 2 weeks and I am sure my wife will love it.

  Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the product received. I order the silver rose and vase set in display box . The rose I am quite happy with however the vase is extremely disappointing. The silver only just goes on the inside so it looks very very ugly when looking in it . The rose actually doesn’t fit the case properly as a set ( not sure if supposed too) but together look quite cheap. As this was a 25 th wedding anniversary I am most dissatisfied with the vase . I contacted eternity rose and was told that is how the vase is . Nothing else . I’m sure they would have a better looking vase if they took the time to look and send a new one . But this was obviously too much trouble . I will not recommend any one purchase products after my disappointment .

  Very easy to navigate the site. The short videos for each rose were a big help in making my choice. One very minor complaint is that the delivery came much sooner than the original update said it, so no one was home, but I guess I shouldn’t complain that the service was too good!

  Look nice, however, the silver vase doesn't fit / sit flush in the padded case. Should sit flush for the amount of money spent and it takes away the prestige of the gift when this don't fit. I'm a little disappointed.

  For starters the website was not only easy to navigate but quite informative also. I live in country Queensland and the eternity rose only took 3 days to arrive and when it did i was very impressed with the whole package. This is a 50th wedding anniversary present for mum and dad and i can't wait to see their reaction.
