Very impressed with being informed on the delivery instructions. I thought you offered a good price compared with your competitors. The only thing l thought was expensive was the delivery charge of £19.99. I felt about £5 would have been fairer. Very pleased with the boots.

Had a few issues on my order which were on my end, and not Glisshop. The whole process from ordering on line and receiving the order was easy. I knew my boots size, my weight, height and me level/need for the skis. As such I was able to easily identify what ski I needed and have the bindings set to my skis. When I received the skis they were set near perfect, only a minor change and I was ready to go. The skis are exactly as ordered and perfect for me. The only thing that was outstanding is my free gift of a ski bag didnt arrive with the skis. I got the box for it but it was empty. I can see that this was an over sight, and as it was an 'extra' i haven't let it alter my review.

I ordered my first set of skis from Glisshop and was really impressed with the whole experience. At first I was worried because the tracking link wasn’t updating, so I phoned their customer service team. They explained clearly that the parcel hadn’t left the country yet, which was really reassuring. Once it shipped, delivery was prompt and everything arrived in perfect condition. The staff I spoke to were incredibly helpful and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!

I'm happy with the Skis. However, the delivery service was not great. I got an email that my parcel was with the carriers and then I received no other information until one day they were outside my house when I got home. I live in central London and they could have easily been stole or damaged and I won't have known because I didn't know there were out for delivery.

Purchased a smith mondo helmet based off the description but upon inspection a little while after delivery having received my aleck 006 wired headphine kit, there is no where to install it so the product infomation gave false information, it stated "Aleck audio system compatible (not included) but it clearly is not. I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses. Normally online retailers would ship your purchase in about 2-4 working days. After waiting more than 2 weeks for my sunglasses I called the merchant (who didn’t apologise) but gave me some story that they had been shipped but the shipment had been sent to the wrong place. They asked me to be patient and they would find them. One week later they said they had found them and they would be with me within the week. The next week passed, no sunglasses so gave up and asked for a full refund. I then had to fill out forms, scan them in and email them back to get my refund. Wasted 4.5 weeks and no sunglasses nor apology. Not a great online experience to say the least!

A terrible company to deal with. I ordered the Dometic Go Faucet and water jug. Only the water jug arrived. The faucet didn't get delivered at all. I had to fill out paperwork to prove say I had not received it. They sent a replacement which went missing on the 14th August because it had been sent to the wrong warehouse. It's 14th September at the time writing this and Ive still received nothing! What a joke! This company only ships to the UK once a week and then you have to wait and then you have to wait another week after its arrived in their warehouse in the UK. Their logistics is a mess. Customer relations is a joke. I was offered a free unit, but I would have be given a voucher to order a second one. If you're genuinely and sincerely apologetic send me two and send them quick! I've now asked for them to return my money because the likelihood of receiving one (let alone two) seems extremely slim.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a voucher for a free faucet. As we explained to you by email, all shipments must be declared to customs which therefore requires an order with the correct number of items. It was consequently not possible for us to simply add an extra item to your delivery. With regard to the despatch of orders to the UK, August is traditionally a slow period in France, as many companies close for several weeks. This means that our carrier can only collect shipments to the UK once a week during that month instead of the usual twice-weekly schedule. As you will have seen, we refunded your entire order including the price of the Dometic water jug which you did receive.
