  The item ordered unfortunately did not match the photo & description, so I had to return it. This wasn't great, but the return process was straightforward & paid for by Glisshop, with a quick refund, so overall I'm reasonably pleased. I've previously bought from them, and those transactions worked out well.

  Glisshop was super helpful and easy to use. Made building spec for my skis really easy and simple to do. Customer service was great when I double checked I had measured my boots correctly for binding dimensions. Delivery was swift and efficient.

  Skis arrived damaged due to poor packaging, the bindings had also been mounted incorrectly and were not square to the ski. Although customer service were reasonably helpful they didn’t seem to understand my concerns and took too long to reply to emails.

  AVOID IF YOU’RE UK BASED! very misleading customer service and the return policy is essentially a scam. They charged me £20 shipping when I bought a ski helmet and then another £40 to return it because it didn’t fit! £60 wow wow wow

  Ordering was easy and tracking info good. However, the packaging was very poor. Not enough tape so the box was falling open when it arrived and not robust. The goggles were ok because they are in a v strong case but if they had fallen out of the box they would have been lost and this was quite possible with the state of the packaging when the arrived. No excuse for this poor packing it needs to improve especially as they came to UK from France.

  Glissshop is always my goto shop for all things skiing ..they have an extensive range of equipment easy to use website good prices and easy to navigate payment system. I have bought skiis goggles clothing and all manner of kit and it's always been delivered promptly . Their prices include all taxes import duties vat etc so no worries there. Although after brexit they are not quite as cheap as they used to be it's difficult to find stuff cheaper .

  First rate service all round. The customer service agent was very helpful in explaining why there was a good discount on my items and where they were being shipped from and delivery time. Place order on a Friday and the skis arrived the following Tuesday. No problems with customs duty. Tracking app was up to date throughout. Well packaged and arrived as expected with bindings fixed and set.

  Item never arrive, paid for next day delivery as only had a week left in France. Glisshop kept telling me next day next day next day.... nothing ever arrived. Refused to refund me until the board returns... but its still listed as awaiting delivery. Had to raise a complaint with paypal (thankfully I bought through them) but Glisshop are making that hard work as well. Very disappointing experience.

  The Head boots are great, and really comfy, and the waterproof gloves too! Only a slight criticism is of the shipping, which took a week and cost extra to deliver in that time. Other than that, if you're not in a hurry place your order for good value ski gear.

  Fantastic service and a great price. No hidden charges - what they quote is what you pay. I bought skis from them a few years ago (pre Brexit) and service then was excellent. Wasn't sure if Brexit would result in significant import tax to pay - but that wasn't the case. Would highly recommend. Skis delivered in just over a week and ongoing communications were good.
