Ordering was easy and despite being shipped from France to Scotland, the shoes were delivered in good time.

Verified reviewSkis arrived in the allocated time frame, product was as pictured but the skis themselves weren’t ski ready. They were supposed to be ready to use but on the slope it was obvious they had no edge and had no control in turns. Had to get them edged, brought this up but galisshop said Dynastar said they were ready and did nothing about it. We also bought a pair of 2026 pro skis from Dynastar and they are fab and were great on the slope from the start. As a training ski instructor I think I might know what I’m talking about but glisshop said not their problem basically.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. The edges and bases are prepared at the factory, but sometimes this preparation may not be optimal for specific snow conditions. We therefore recommend standard ski maintenance if the skis do not meet your expectations during their first run. Verified reviewThe item was lost in the post, then a replacement could not be provided, and then the process to get a refund was long, with me having to print and sign a form and then return it. I don't want to have work to do in order to get a refund for an item that wasn't delivered to me.
