Verified reviewI am writing this partial review one month after placing my order. Glisshop seem to be a good company with good products and good prices. Unfortunately the courier that they are using for the UK "Evri" are NOT good. I ordered Ski boots and poles for my son because the boots that his brothers had been using for many years got broken when we went skiing on a snowy day in England. I expected the delivery to take 1 week as that is what the website said. After about a week an order was scheduled for delivery and we got a message to say it had been delivered and a photo of a box sitting in what looked like the back of a van. We had not had any delivery. There was also a message saying that they had got our package and were sending it back to the vendor. When I enquired with the courier (via a voicemail service) I eventually got a "we are investigating this" message. I then called Glisshop and got through to a very helpful person who was able to tell me that one package had actually been sent back but one was due to be delivered. Unfortunately there was nothing Glisshop could do to prevent the courier from sending the package back. I was offered the chance to have a replacement sent out from Glisshop for the item that was being sent back, but unfortunately they did not have one in the correct size (until the one I had ordered got back to them). I kept leaving messages with the courier (this time about both parts of the order) and eventually (perhaps 2 weeks after ordering) I got the poles delivered. I am still waiting for the boots (1 month after ordering) and since the boots are the part that we really needed we are not able to use the poles without the boots. I am expecting a call from Glisshop (scheduled for 1 month after I called them) to discuss getting the other part of their order to me. Then I will know where I am at with my order. I do hope that Glisshop are able to get better service from their courier in future. Or perhaps they will find another courier who will do a proper job. If I were placing an order in future I would phone Glisshop first to see if they now had a decent courier.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are extremely sorry for the poor delivery experience. You placed your order on 15 January and it was dispatched on 16 January. EVRi received it on 20 January. Unfortunately the delivery of the first parcel was delayed by EVRi due to its size and the second was sent back to us without explanation for which we apologise and the item was refunded. We would like you to know that we are in the process of switching carrier and will soon be sending our parcels through Parcelforce instead of EVRi for a more reliable service. Verified reviewI ordered the volkl racetiger sl 13s and you sent the 12s. Due to my holiday being in 3 days there is no time to fix it. So will just have to live with the bigger ski radius.

Hello and thank for you taking the time to leave your feedback. The ski radius depends on the size of the ski. You ordered Volkl Racetiger skis in 160cm, which have a radius of 12. The larger 13-meter radius applies to the 175 cm version. Since we use a single product image for all sizes, the photo may have displayed a ski with a 13-meter radius. Verified reviewI have a real problem since Brexit of accessing size 37 Asolo mountaineering boots . This is my third pair but I was really pleased with the quick turnaround and no issues with duties which I was worried about. I would recommend Glossop if you unable to get equipment in the Uk
