  I found a ski jacket in the colour I have been looking for for 5 years. My order was delivered within 6 days, and the price was great value for money. The jacket was well packaged. I didn't need to test out the returns system as the jacket was perfect. Thank you.

  Not great if I’m honest poor response to emails taking 2 or 3 days for a reply sometimes and live chat they never seemed to respond to either when they did respomd to email it was with short answers packaging was terrible and all Opened when arrived sent pictures straight away and waited for a reply and the reply literally said is the board damaged no sorry no explanation then eventually a replay offering a £20 gift card if I ordered over £50 from them which to be honest I wouldn’t order again from this company so is of absolutely no use to me I told them that and am still waiting for a reply if I was being totally honest i wouldn’t recommend using this company

  Terrible! Parcel hasn’t been delivered and when I asked for a tracking update I was sent a photo of it chucked in a random greenhouse somewhere (that isn’t our house!) so no skis now for our holiday next week. Shocking

  Very poor service, sent incorrect googles, lady very unhelpful when I called their customer service, then when returned - ran out of stock of the goggles I wanted. No gesture of good will or recommendation of similar product to keep my customers. Do not use, use other sites instead.

  Ordered wrong size boots. Not v clear it was US size. Had to pay £10 to return then an additional £20 to order correct size even though I paid over £825 for my total order. And still waiting to be refunded for original boots! Not happy

  Order was sent day of order with tracking but the tracking didn't work for 8 days (2 phone calls). When the skis were delivered the bindings were not set up, just set as out of box. Extremely disappointing when you look at what you pay.

  Good communication from Glisshop, but I do think the delivery and packaging could be improved. My Royal Mail delivery of my skis was left outside of my house in London. So this was a high risk of it being stolen, luckily they weren’t, I also received 0 communication and emails on the day of delivery so I had no way to know they were arriving that day, my housemate just found them outside our house. I assume this is Royal mails fault more than Glisshop, my only criticism of Glisshop would be a little bit more protection in the box for them, they were kind of loose in the box. They weren’t damaged though! The odd scratch on the base nothing wax can’t fix.

  Very impressed with being informed on the delivery instructions. I thought you offered a good price compared with your competitors. The only thing l thought was expensive was the delivery charge of £19.99. I felt about £5 would have been fairer. Very pleased with the boots.

  The whole process from ordering on line and receiving the order was easy. I knew my boots size, my weight, height and me level/need for the skis. As such I was able to easily identify what ski I needed and have the bindings set to my skis. When I received the skis they were set near perfect, only a minor change and I was ready to go. The skis are exactly as ordered and perfect for me. The only thing that was outstanding is my free gift of a ski bag didnt arrive with the skis. I got the box for it but it was empty. I can see that this was an over sight, and as it was an 'extra' i haven't let it alter my review.

  I ordered my first set of skis from Glisshop and was really impressed with the whole experience. At first I was worried because the tracking link wasn’t updating, so I phoned their customer service team. They explained clearly that the parcel hadn’t left the country yet, which was really reassuring. Once it shipped, delivery was prompt and everything arrived in perfect condition. The staff I spoke to were incredibly helpful and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!
