Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We would like to apologise for the unusually long processing time with regard to your order. Unfortunately the mass of orders received on Black Friday and in the run-up to Christmas considerably lengthened shipping times. Your order was dispatched on 10 December in two parcels. One arrived on 14 December while the second was delayed by the carrier and delivered on 17 December, undoubtedly due to the overwhelming quantity of parcels being handled at that time.
