Hello and thank you taking the time to leave your feedback. We are extremely sorry that there was a problem with the delivery of your order. Both items were dispatched in the same parcel and it would seem that one of the items went missing in transit. We contacted the carrier EVRi to open an investigation and you received a refund for the item on 26 March as we no longer had the product in stock. For your information, we now collaborate with Royal Mail/Parcelforce for deliveries to the UK for a more reliable service. Best regards The Glisshop team
