    This is the second time I have ordered these boots from Glisshop. The first time the UK courier lost the package and Glisshop gave me a refund for the item. (But not for the postage, so I guess the couriers still got paid ?) Now I have re-ordered and actually got the product. In total it took about 2 months; 6 weeks to get to the point of giving up on the courier on the first order. (And you may have seen that first review for these.) a little time to get a refund and then re-order the exact same product. 1 week for the order to arrive the second time. But I am pleased that I now have the product.

    Item as described and very well packaged. Only criticism was that they ship to the uk only one or two days a week. So i had to wait a while before it dispatched. Once Evri got the item it was with me very quickly. I did message Glissshop to which they replied promptly with an explanation (regarding the dispatch delay). I would definitely use again .

    Fast delivery, on time and as described. Originally needed boot bindings but did a little price comparison and found this was the cheapest supplier, price was so good ended up buying board & binding. I also thought I may have to pay additional tax on arrival. Even more surprised to find all taxes were included.
