Verified reviewI was sent the wrong item and communication has been very bad. I’m still waiting for the item to be collected or even confirmation of it after 1 week. I have tried my best to resolve this issue and it has caused stress for me. I would hesitate using this service

Verified reviewI ordered my product on the 21st August. It is now 5th September, I have yet to receive my order! They use Evri as their delivery service who are shockingly bad and considering the amount of money spent on the products Glisshop sell, for them to use the worse delivery company to handle their products. Would not use again! I have also emailed Glisshop to resolve the situation and have yet to receive a response.

This is standard shipping time for a delivery from France to the UK as we have to allow for the customs procedure. The product was supposed to keep me dry in all weather with 45000mm waterproof capability, but it cant keep me dry in light rain

Verified reviewFirst time visitor to this site, came up via Microsoft, we got a really good deal on the sunglasses, £60 cheaper than anyone else. Despite being from France and we are in the UK. Brilliant service, cannot fault them, would 100% recommend Glisshop to anyone.
