Verified reviewDelivery service was poor, next day turned into a week. They do not reply to online messages through their own forms, 3 separate messages were never replied to. You basically have to phone up to chase issues, they say they will phone back and don’t.

Verified reviewItem never arrive, paid for next day delivery as only had a week left in France. Glisshop kept telling me next day next day next day.... nothing ever arrived. Refused to refund me until the board returns... but its still listed as awaiting delivery. Had to raise a complaint with paypal (thankfully I bought through them) but Glisshop are making that hard work as well. Very disappointing experience.

The customer service agent was very helpful in explaining why there was a good discount on my items and where they were being shipped from and delivery time. Place order on a Friday and the skis arrived the following Tuesday. No problems with customs duty. Tracking app was up to date throughout. Well packaged and arrived as expected with bindings fixed and set.

Verified reviewThe Head boots are great, and really comfy, and the waterproof gloves too! Only a slight criticism is of the shipping, which took a week and cost extra to deliver in that time. Other than that, if you're not in a hurry place your order for good value ski gear.
