Verified reviewFantastic service and a great price. No hidden charges - what they quote is what you pay. I bought skis from them a few years ago (pre Brexit) and service then was excellent. Wasn't sure if Brexit would result in significant import tax to pay - but that wasn't the case. Would highly recommend. Skis delivered in just over a week and ongoing communications were good.

Verified reviewI spent £438 with Glisshop in one transaction and had to return one item which they didn't adequately refund leaving me feeling like I'd been ripped off and I certainly won't be using them again. Be very aware that if you return a product (wrong size or whatever) Glisshop will deduct whatever they want. Their website says they will take a maximum of £25 for for using their recommended carriage but they also claimed that my returned packaging was damaged and they deducted another £45 or so. Gloves cost £136 and I was refunded £66 - less than half the value. I asked for a photo showing proof that the package was damaged but they weren't able to do so. The gloves were in their original packaging and and were very well packaged up in a box. If you are in the UK, I would avoid Glisshop.

Verified reviewI placed an order with Glisshop and the size was wrong, having paid £20 for delivery I had to pay £16 to return the item and another £20 for delivery of the new size. This was disappointing but unavoidable. To add to the poor service the item took one month to arrive from France, having paid the £20 delivery charge, the communication on the delay was poor, so as a previous customer stated unless you are convinced on the size, do NOT order from this company.
