  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. What appeared to be a good deal wasn't. I purchased a bottle of Blanton's to be delivered to the US. They shipped it, but then FedEx sent me a bill. iDealwine.com refused to pay, claiming that they cannot pay it as it's billed to me. I tried to be civil with them, asking them to pay the bill, but they did not. I ordered a different bottle of Blanton's from someone else, also from overseas. I didn't receive a bill for that order, but iDealwine.com did. Save yourself from nasty surprises.

  Incorrect bottle was delivered. This can happen, but I did not like the way the issue was handled. Contact was ok, but iDealwine, instead of shipping the right bottle immediately, requested a return first, stating they won't send it before the wrong one is received. I got a refund instead. I understand that the company tries to protect themselves, but this is too much for me - especially when a mistake was made at shipping.

  I love iDealwine !! the auctions are excellent and the variety of wines in each auction are so interesting. The new additions to the website have made it even more exciting when you've bid for a single bottle or a case of 12 bottles. The payment process is very secure, the delivery prices are very competitive, the options to store the wines in house or combine deliveries is a handy option. I've 50 plus bottles purchased over 5 x different auctions, I've received one delivery ontime and professionally & I've 3 x more deliveries in transit to arrive nest week and I've already received delivery instructions from the currier company.

  My third order from this site and this order was shipped a lot quicker than the second order. My only issue it was a large amount of wine and the courier just left the order on my doorstep as nobody was home.Anybody could have taken it (which they didn't) but the courier should have arranged redelivery.

  Actual service provided by idealwine is very good. However recommend to offer alternative shipper to UPS. UPS ignores shipping instructions an keeps leaving packages although advised to not to do so.

  L'azienda non si è preoccupata di informarmi che la mia spedizione non poteva partire perché dall'ordine mancava una bottiglia. Così, per 5o € mancanti, hanno tenuto per due settimane fermo un ordine di oltre 1.ooo € finché non sono intervenuto a chiedere spiegazioni. Ora, che una bottiglia descritta come disponibile al momento dell'ordine sia invece out of stock è di per sé già una grave carenza del sistema informatico, ma il fatto che l'accaduto venga tenuto nascosto al cliente è davvero grave. Tanto più che la sostituzione della bottiglia mancante non è mai stata fatta! E se non avessi chiesto spiegazioni, quanto altro tempo avrei dovuto attendere? Poi, l'azienda per scusarsi dell'inconveniente, mi ha inviato in omaggio una bottiglia di vino. Devo, tuttavia, precisare che in cinque anni è la prima volta che capita un inconveniente del genere. Però mi è stato chiesto un parere su questa esperienza, quindi....

  I was really happy about the service and about the quality of the product offered. I was really afrai about the age/price of the products and about getting faulty wines. Unfortunately in 6 bottles I found one corked but I know this is not the seller fault and the other ones were in GREAT conditions. To give 5 stars I would need to order more and get a definitive idea but so far so good.

  personally, I think that auctions should carry out in a different way, I mean, approaching the end of time available, it becomes a rush against the other bidder because there's no time extension after bidding. As you can imagine, last 60 seconds, with the most desirable bottles, wins the luckiest instead of who wants offer more. it doesn't make sense

  A good experience, overall. I just had a problem with the website. I made a mistake in ordering (the number of bottles was wrong); I tried to do something but neither I could be able to fix it nor Idealwine seemed to realize that the same order was made in two times. So I had to pay twice the shipping costs of the same order, while in past purchases two times had the same issue but other vendors (or their selling software) easily understood it and charged the shipping only for one order as a whole.

  Good supply of Bordeaux. Fast enough delivery. However, when I got a corked bottle of wine, iDealwine requires the bottle to be returned in order to get full compensation. Doing that is a bit waste of time and transport and not perhaps environmental justified. However, if not returned I got compensated by 50%.

  Shipping costs are so high that they make the auction useless. You don't understand that having the opportunity to get a good bottle at a low or reasonable price must then be commensurate with an equally reasonable shipping cost.

  Idealwine used FedEx to deliver my order.. FedEx did not deliver and returned to Ideal. Since then Idealwine will not answer the phone or email to sort. Have turned matter over to credit card fraud dept to sort out. Poor service on all fronts…. Shame….
