    Transaction, logistics and quality of packaging was good - I was very satisfied until I opened the first bottle and it turned out that there was sth terribly wrong with the bottles I purchased. Tried to contact idealwine via all available email adresses to discuss the matter but no reaction at all for several days now. Very disappointed and, as of today, would not order again. This was an expensive mistake.

Unfortunately, as specified our General terms of services, tasting characteristics for purchased wines throught iDealwine's services cannot be guaranteed by iDealwine. http://www.idealwine.com/fr/corporate/conditions_generales.jsp#12 When we accept a bottle for sale on our platform, we check the origin of the bottle. Then we appraise it visually (label, level, capsule, glass) to guarantee the authenticity. Then we proceed to a verification of the cork (by pressure) to check the conditions of conservation. This lot comes from a seller with whom we work since 2017. Our expert team collected the wines in his cellar. We never had any issue with this seller. The wines were stored at optimal conditions in a natural cellar. As our customer service proposed to you : We can not refund the total amount of this bottle, but we propose a refund or a credit note of 30€. If you don’t want to keep the 4 other bottles, we propose you to send you a prepaid box to your address. When you get it, you’ll have to put the bottles in the parcel and send it back to the post office. Once we get them, we’ll refund you the wines. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused.     I had a problem with the carrier of my order: La Poste/Colissimo (France to Portugal) They tried to deliver it once, but there were nobody home at that time. Since, they left no note or notification. I tried to call the carrier several times,but they said the could not see where the package was and asked me to call they Portuguese subsidiary -the number provided did not answer a single time. After several calls and trouble, I was able to get an information that it was with DPD in Portugal, and got a tracking number. It is important to state that in meantime,no support was provided by iDealWine, who was aware of the trouble. In DPD website it was stated that the package was being returned to sender. I triedto contact iDealWine on the matter again,and they said they would conduct an investigation with La Poste. No answer after that. It is summer in Europe and the wine is from 2002. You may imagine the outcome of several weeks stored in god knows where. I wish they have a more professional answer and helped solve this problem.

    The delivery (logistics) with DPD was an absolutelly catastrophy at all. Never ever again shall be done with DPD. No help, no support at all to find a solution to get the package on a way that I could pick it up. Sorry never ever on that way again !
