    Dear Sir, We are truly sorry about this incovenience. Our partner warehouse stores more than 2 millions of bottles. Unfortunately, sometimes, bottles are broken or lost. We do not have any interest to sold a wine and then, on purpose, tell to the buyer that the bottle has been lost to keep it. We remain at your disposal. Best Regards, The iDeawine Team
