  shipping is fast, but I didn't get exactly what I ordered. There's a double vintage printed on the label, never seen this ever in my life. it took them a a whole week to get back to me about it. the only answer I got was " we can confirm this wine is not fake" with no proof basically. Kinda sucky to pay almost 200 bucks for this kind of service and being stuck now with this strange bottle. Still no answer to my last email btw. That's disappointing and makes me think there's something a little shabby...

  The delivery is very unreliable and parcels get lost without proper tracking for weeks. Also the packings are often damaged even the bottles are fine. They used to be good and reliable, but now it has turned into nightmare.

  Digital tracking from delivery company is awful and local delivery in Finland didn't inform me about delivery date and time and didn't leave a notice that they came to my home address when I was absent. I had to go to the post office to pick up my wines. Idealwine's customer service helped me in this case with checking out right post office. I'll never again use delivery with Colissimo or Chronopost.

  It is easy to order. The delivery was excellent - they contacted me with a choices of sending it as I asked when I ordered or keeping it until the heatwave is over.   Shipped in a very safe box. Due to current situation, order preparation takes longer - so it's hard to predict summer orders and it's bit risky due to weather.   Overall a good website with many useful search functions. A couple of things can be improved, amount of images and the menu. I only buy wine with OWC and at least 3 bottles. I never see images of the case... Within the Quantity menu an option for several bottles is missing, I need to get back and change amount of botlles after each search. A big plus for quality packaging.

  The selection of wines and web platform is great. What is bad: 1. Delivery. They use EU delivery services which do not update tracking at all, so you are blind when it comes to tracking. Also, I was delivering to Austria, and delivery services were passing package from one to another, and tracking did not reflect that. It led to one of the bottles broken, package returned to idealwine during summer temperatures, and now I am waiting for it again with rare updates from the delivery. 2. The support answers has long delays. Sometimes they can answer you in 1 or 2 days after you file a ticket, or just skip the answer at all. To their credit they refunded a broken bottle price and delivery price for me.

  It took more than a month for wine to be delivered. I am sure that there was no problem with the delivery but there was an internal problem, not a problem with the delivery, if it takes more than a month without replying to the e-mail several times.

  Hello. The condition of wine, the transportation, is too good. However, I have a favor to ask of you. Signature is essential to the wording of the FTA between the Republic of Korea and the EU. Without signatures, I would be in trouble if I could not apply the FTA. There was a phrase on the second invoice but no signature. Next time, make sure to ask for your signature. Thank you.
