  Ordered a sunglasses with custom lenses worth 45 euros. I did receive the sunglasses, but not the custom lenses. So I have not received my complete order. Made contact by e-mail and after three days no response back yet. Not satisfied at the moment.

  Regrettably difficulty in making returns. I requested a return & the pre-paid label via both email to info@lunigal.com & via the customer account login to request a return. 2 days later & there has been no acknowledgement & no return label. The telephone numbers on the website dialled from the UK appear not to work.

  Excellent place to shop for frames. Good collection at great prices and very responsive customer service. Shipping was super fast. It took exactly one week from the time I placed my order to the time I got it in the USA. Will definitely shop there again.
