  I had a really good discussion with the customer service advisor who knew the products well over years and owned and used them herself. I wish I knew her name to credit her here but her advice was very instructive and guided me to the perfect product. This kind of personal experience goes a very long way with me when purchasing something of this cost.

  Not sure I’d buy direct from Magamix again. Blender sent to wrong address without any named person on address, customer service was slow and not at all proactive, free gift was missing. Took over 2 weeks to finally receive all items. Magamix products are great but could do better with everything else!

  There was it enough information on website about which model of Magimix the Spiral Expert was compatible with as I had the older version of Magimix but as I found in the process that Spiral Expert could work only with the models currently advertised on website. It was resolved for me as bigger bowl compatible with my Magimix food processors 3200Xl was sent to me free of charge, and I was grateful for support as I am able to keep and use my Spiral Expert Kit
