    I have no issues with the order process, very pleased, although the model I initially found (3600) in a national retail store was not found anywhere on the MagiMix website, so I can only conclude it was now obsolete, but could still not find any support for it either.

    Delivery and ordering was easy and quick but the 1 star review is because of the after care - I’ve got a fault in the machine . I reported it and they responded fairly quickly. I was asked to check everything is clicked in correctly, and was told a ‘usual fix’ for my issue is to spray the excessively spray the buttons with furniture polish as this may release anything ‘stuck in transit’ . So I add furniture polish to my next shopping trip. Tried as suggested, it did not work. I approached Magimix again, I am now asked to send the machine back in original packaging (I no longer have as we are a few weeks post order now) - so I have been asked to get a supermarket cardboard box , pack with towels and send back at my expense ….. and this is expensive!! So I am stuck with a semi functional machine until I pay for DPD postage …my advice , don’t buy direct - if I had purchased at John Lewis (or similar) this would have been sorted with a couple of weeks … not months which is where I am now !

    The finance page simply did not work, ended up re-ordering using a credit card and disregarding the 0% apr offer. Furthermore the communication regarding delivery was minimal and poor, and it was impossible to contact any customer service department for assistance. I would not use this e-shop again

To understand why, I would recommend giving their Customer Experience Team a call on 0344 375 5500 DPD provides tracking information including a 1 hour time slot text message on the day of delivery. Through the DPD text messages you can track your parcel, re-arrange your delivery or designate a safe place.     Good afternoon. Novuna automatically cancelled the payment after I left it hanging without completing it. The reason I left it hanging is because none of the drop down boxes were working g and it was therefore impossible to complete. It is frankly a useless system.     After waiting for several weeks, I enquired about my delivery and the company discovered that it had been returned. I had not been notified that it was arriving, that someone had tried to deliver it or that it had been returned to France. Is this the service expected from a reputable company?

DPD send a 1-hour delivery time slot text message on the morning of the delivery. I'm unsure why you didn't receiving this text message on this occasion, but we will certainly raise this with DPD. You'll be pleased to know all parcels are sent back to a warehouse within the UK rather than France, so a re-delivery will only take a few days. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.     I bought the 4200XL at very good sale price, I sent several emails to magimix asking for advice and I had quick helpful replies. This is very good food processor with lots of accessories and comes with proper containers for the mixing blades and slicing discs. I bought this as a present and they love it , it does everything they need.

    Hiya Jenny, It’s probably my fault for not ready the fine print. I should’ve checked you did free or cheap returns. Pretty costly when you have to organise yourself and the couriers don’t offer cover incase things go missing. Can you please check if you’ve received my return? It would be useful, though, if the web pages point you to the other shop where you can get all the extra discs and things (perhaps it does somewhere, but it's not obvious).     I bought a 5200XL at the end of November. It was faulty out of the box - the motor is a dud and the blade only spins very slowly. I contact customer services to ask for a replacement. Rather than an apology or a replacement, I've been sent a list of terms and conditions, been told that 'the returns window has now closed', been asked to check whether my brand new item is still under warranty, been asked to re-pack everything and return (again - with no apology for the fact that I've been sent a faulty product) , had a pick-up arranged for a day that I wasn't available, rescheduled work in order to be in for the pickup driver, had the driver refuse to pick up the parcel because Magimix didn't send him the correct barcode, when I emailed about this been told that I should wait and arrange a pickup 'in the new year', when I said that this wasn't acceptable been told that I should arrange and pay for the return myself. Are you bored and exhausted by this list? I certainly am! So now, three weeks after paying a huge sum for a top-of-the range food processor, I have a faulty product taking up a huge amount of space in my hallway and absolutely no confidence that I will have a working processor in time for prepping Christmas food. I honestly can't believe I paid for this experience! I bought magimix because of the quality. I understand that faults occur in expensive products, but when this happens it should be sorted by top-notch customer service. I would have had better service at Aldi. Zero stars!

    Delivery was shockingly quick even tho I ordered during a bank holiday, I had an issue with my email and it was politely and efficiently solved and it felt good and reasuring to deal with a real person especially when I was spending alot of money, investing in the CE. I did recieve a discount (15%) after attending a course taught by Linda H at the lincolnshire cookery school run by Fiona Lucas so that made the decision even easier after we were given so much useful advice from the two ladies. Even as a chef Fiona was giving us good domestic level advice and Linda constantly told us the info we needed to know about the practical issues such as cleaning and safe operation. I felt when it arrived that I knew exactly what to do and how the controls worked. The only tough choice was what to cook first as it was a bit overwhelming unboxing and setting up the space in my small kitchen. We sort of sat and stared at it for a bit!...I was reassured when it arrived in a very substantial and well designed box so that took care of any transport mishaps. I also liked the fact DPD delivered it as its a reputable carrier I trust.
