Efficient and prompt delivery, but, having paid for the item online, I did not receive immediate confirmation of my order placed, which has been the norm with other online orders. This was a cause for concern, since we live in a climate where scams are commonplace, so I emailed customer services to check that everything was in order. I would have appreciated an immediate confirmatory email stating that my payment had been received by Magimix, with an invoice.

It was incredibly hard to find details to contact customer services. When I finally did i asked to return for a refund. Instead I was sent another one the same without being asked if I wanted it. So now I am out of pocket with 2 useless ice cream makers I don't know what to do with. I give up.

Disappointed with Magimix overall – the product failed almost immediately, and their customer service has been slow and unhelpful. For a premium brand, I expected far better. Sadly, it feels like they rely on reputation rather than actual quality or support. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

Not happy not worth the money. Not powerful enough and blades not sharp. When blending protein with ice takes very long time for ice to be blended. And it says it suitable for crushing ice. Too expensive and not powerful.

I bought one as a present it came broken, had to resend the broken product wait a week for them to check and mistakenly they refunded the item, but then customer service was quite helpful with replacing the item but a part of it came broken again. This time it wasn’t the main machine so I didn’t complain but I should be given a product not broken that I paid for. I know it’s a great product as I have one but they need to work on the packaging.
