I bought one as a present it came broken, had to resend the broken product wait a week for them to check and mistakenly they refunded the item, but then customer service was quite helpful with replacing the item but a part of it came broken again. This time it wasn’t the main machine so I didn’t complain but I should be given a product not broken that I paid for. I know it’s a great product as I have one but they need to work on the packaging.

I had a few problems navigating round the site. I hate scrolling banners that do not allow you to manually swipe back to a previous window that caught my eye and interest. Having to wait for the banner to cycle through until the "interesting" window appears again is irritating. I had trouble completing the payment although that may be a reflection on my bank rather than your web site. Delivery was prompt and on time. Packing was excessive, when it arrived it was inside 'three' individual boxes. Box1, the standard retail packaging inside box 2, a plain brown transport box inside box 3, a second plain brown transport box.

The whole ordering process on the Magimix website was very quick and simple, and delivery was effected on time. I had to contact Customer Services, as the item was a gift, but it had been automatically registered to me/my account. This could not be changed, but they did come up with a solution to the problem.
