  Very quick delivery actually looks smaller than on screen very smart though just gotta get confident in using it we will be trying all the different settings . One thing though ours shipped without the software upgrade although Magimix supplied the relevant upgrade I would have liked and expected it to come ready to go must admit I was a bit disappointed having to faff about doing the upgrade even though it was straight forward

  Had some issues with my order initially which was resolved by Lesley. The machine is robust and I've been enjoying kneading dough, making cake batters and even protein bars. I use the small bowl to mince chicken for patties and it does a great job. I love how quiet it is. Shreds carrots and beets easily. I have the juicer attachment which I quite like, juices hard vegetables like beets with ease. I haven't tried juicing celery which I believe you can. The only thing to keep in mind while juicing is to clear the spinning basket frequently, if you let the pulp pile up it won't squeeze the juice completely. I don't use the middle bowl that often, although, it would have been nice to have blade attachments that fit the bowl.

  Big problem with the shopping experience was the delivery service. I stayed at home twice as per instructions as to when parcel would be delivered. No show! Email with ridiculous picture of the back of my house saying I hadn't been in to receive parcel. Message to say pick it up from drop off point. Then another message to say they were unable to use drop off point. Couldn't contact anyone at depot. Eventually a very nice delivery person arrived looking as exasperated as I felt. Bad luck, certainly bad service. Just had ro resign myself it would hopefully turn up. Took about a week!

  I have no issues with the order process, very pleased, although the model I initially found (3600) in a national retail store was not found anywhere on the MagiMix website, so I can only conclude it was now obsolete, but could still not find any support for it either.

  Delivery and ordering was easy and quick but the 1 star review is because of the after care - I’ve got a fault in the machine . I reported it and they responded fairly quickly. I was asked to check everything is clicked in correctly, and was told a ‘usual fix’ for my issue is to spray the excessively spray the buttons with furniture polish as this may release anything ‘stuck in transit’ . So I add furniture polish to my next shopping trip. Tried as suggested, it did not work. I approached Magimix again, I am now asked to send the machine back in original packaging (I no longer have as we are a few weeks post order now) - so I have been asked to get a supermarket cardboard box , pack with towels and send back at my expense ….. and this is expensive!! So I am stuck with a semi functional machine until I pay for DPD postage …my advice , don’t buy direct - if I had purchased at John Lewis (or similar) this would have been sorted with a couple of weeks … not months which is where I am now !

  The finance page simply did not work, ended up re-ordering using a credit card and disregarding the 0% apr offer. Furthermore the communication regarding delivery was minimal and poor, and it was impossible to contact any customer service department for assistance. I would not use this e-shop again

To understand why, I would recommend giving their Customer Experience Team a call on 0344 375 5500 DPD provides tracking information including a 1 hour time slot text message on the day of delivery. Through the DPD text messages you can track your parcel, re-arrange your delivery or designate a safe place. Please contact the Magimix Customer Service team so we can investigate why you didn't receive this service.   Good afternoon. Novuna automatically cancelled the payment after I left it hanging without completing it. The reason I left it hanging is because none of the drop down boxes were working g and it was therefore impossible to complete. It is frankly a useless system.   After waiting for several weeks, I enquired about my delivery and the company discovered that it had been returned. I had not been notified that it was arriving, that someone had tried to deliver it or that it had been returned to France. Is this the service expected from a reputable company?

DPD send a 1-hour delivery time slot text message on the morning of the delivery. I'm unsure why you didn't receiving this text message on this occasion, but we will certainly raise this with DPD.   I bought the 4200XL at very good sale price, I sent several emails to magimix asking for advice and I had quick helpful replies. This is very good food processor with lots of accessories and comes with proper containers for the mixing blades and slicing discs. I bought this as a present and they love it , it does everything they need.

  When I ordered this machine originally from John Lewis, Amazon Shipping lied when they said it had been delivered when it hadn't. So, I ordered a replacement from Magimix, for the same price, and it arrived as stated. I am very pleased with it.

  Hiya Jenny, It’s probably my fault for not ready the fine print. I should’ve checked you did free or cheap returns. Pretty costly when you have to organise yourself and the couriers don’t offer cover incase things go missing. Can you please check if you’ve received my return?   The offers on the website were clearly limited to so many per day. I was unable to take advantage of an offer one day but was able to the following morning. No issues with the order and delivery.

  Everything an online shop should be really. It would be useful, though, if the web pages point you to the other shop where you can get all the extra discs and things (perhaps it does somewhere, but it's not obvious). I found this out by chance through the after sales service staff who I cannot praise too much for their helpfulness and friendliness.

  Initially the Web site refused to accept my order(several times) but the excellent service centre was very helpful and after they had helped me the order went very smoothly. Product was well packd and arrived on time.
