  Not sure I’d buy direct from Magamix again. Blender sent to wrong address without any named person on address, customer service was slow and not at all proactive, free gift was missing. Took over 2 weeks to finally receive all items. Magamix products are great but could do better with everything else!

  A slight blip on the website, the tracking page didn’t update for several days and then the blender arrived earlier than expected. I had some correspondence with customer services who were very helpful.

  There was it enough information on website about which model of Magimix the Spiral Expert was compatible with as I had the older version of Magimix but as I found in the process that Spiral Expert could work only with the models currently advertised on website. It was resolved for me as bigger bowl compatible with my Magimix food processors 3200Xl was sent to me free of charge, and I was grateful for support as I am able to keep and use my Spiral Expert Kit

  Great products with sound quality. No need to increase prices before Black Friday to pretend they are giving you deals on the day. AFTER Black Friday they give better offers. Wrong strategy trying to take advantage of clients.

  I always worry about return options etc because online purchase expectations is often tricky. But didn’t need to return anyway, the size is perfect 1.2L. Big enough but not crazy in the way & heavy.

  Some confusion around the ordering process using a voucher which could have been resolved more quickly - I almost gave up but once the order had been accepted the gelato expert was received quite quickly.

  Fast safe delivery. Clear display of range of products except for some optional discs which I would have bought when ordering. Some of the recipes on the app are not very accurate but the machine is really nice.

  When washed in warm water. The red dye ran out into the White print and ruined it. It really looks awful now.
