Thank you for your review. We are currently in the process of collecting your order from your local pick up shop, and will refund upon its arrival back to us. As the store still has your parcel at this time, you still have the option to collect it, but I understand this isn't something you want to do. Very quick delivery actually looks smaller than on screen very smart though just gotta get confident in using it we will be trying all the different settings . One thing though ours shipped without the software upgrade although Magimix supplied the relevant upgrade I would have liked and expected it to come ready to go must admit I was a bit disappointed having to faff about doing the upgrade even though it was straight forward
