It was in email form which cannot be uploaded onto the site but I sent an email to Customer Services and received an email back with confirmation that it was registered.

Verified reviewI bought a 5200XL at the end of November. It was faulty out of the box - the motor is a dud and the blade only spins very slowly. I contact customer services to ask for a replacement. Rather than an apology or a replacement, I've been sent a list of terms and conditions, been told that 'the returns window has now closed', been asked to check whether my brand new item is still under warranty, been asked to re-pack everything and return (again - with no apology for the fact that I've been sent a faulty product) , had a pick-up arranged for a day that I wasn't available, rescheduled work in order to be in for the pickup driver, had the driver refuse to pick up the parcel because Magimix didn't send him the correct barcode, when I emailed about this been told that I should wait and arrange a pickup 'in the new year', when I said that this wasn't acceptable been told that I should arrange and pay for the return myself. Are you bored and exhausted by this list? I certainly am! So now, three weeks after paying a huge sum for a top-of-the range food processor, I have a faulty product taking up a huge amount of space in my hallway and absolutely no confidence that I will have a working processor in time for prepping Christmas food. I honestly can't believe I paid for this experience! I bought magimix because of the quality. I understand that faults occur in expensive products, but when this happens it should be sorted by top-notch customer service. I would have had better service at Aldi. Zero stars!
