One of the ongoing challenges for divers here is the limited availability of products and brands locally, often restricted to only the most popular models. Even after factoring in import taxes, the final cost remained very competitive compared to local dive stores in South Africa, which was a very pleasant surprise. Once the product became available, the delivery from Italy to South Africa was impressively fast. Overall, the experience was smooth, reliable, and reassuringly professional. Verified reviewVery disappointing. The order was supposed to be shipped quickly but it took over a week to leave and therefore would not have arrived in time. The correspondence was less than accommodating and more accusatory. I will not be purchasing from this company again. I never received the product and have so far not been refunded.
