Verified reviewI was not clearly informed that after I received my product I would then be sent a further bill by the courier to pay additional import fees and taxes. When I purchase a product for a price I expect that to be the total amount I pay. Be very careful if shipment to the uk is involved.

Hello, we are very sorry your purchase experience with us was not satisfactory. Actually since Brexit, all UK Customers must pay taxes to HMRC offices when buying from any European Union country. We write this information on each product detail page, in a banner displayed on every page of our UK website, and in a dedicated message at checkout, where acceptance is mandatory to complete the order. We are really very sorry you did not notice any of the above, but we appreciate you feedback and will do our best to make it more evident.
