  Be prepared for a delayed delivery. There is a 3-5 day delivery but I've never received it in less than 7 and of there's a bank holiday that's an extra day. Order early!

  This was my first order with miscota and not sure I will be ordering again. I ordered a specific clumping litter. When they all arrived.....they came in three separate deliveries...all of the items were non clumping, which is of no use to me. I checked my order and it clearly stated 'clumping'. Yes perhaps I should have got in touch and told them but to be honest knowing that you have to pay for returns, I wasn't hopeful of a successful outcome. I appreciate the current time we are in, which is probably also another reason I didn't want to complain as everyone is doing the best they can.

  site a bit difficult to navigate. Half of items are drafted in Spanish and i am not a Spanish speaker.. I ended up obtaining the product i was looking for, and obtained it at a very very good price, so no complaints there. The tracking information provided was not helpful. The package took a while to get from Spain to the UK and it was only when in the UK (four weeks later). that i was able to track delivery progress, While it is very understandable that covid-19 has had an effect on the delivery process, it would be better NOT to provide tracking information than provide tracking information that is not functional. Finding the product - difficult Cost of product - superb From order to dispatch - superb tracking information - not functional customer support - they were correct in relation to information provided concerning tracking delivery would I buy from Miscota again? Yes, now I know how they work. would I recommend Miscota? Yes.

  Before ordering from Miscota I checked reviews and found they were either very good or very poor. They didn't put me off and I have to say that other than a query about the delivery link, I found that Miscota were very good for me. The price was competitive, the agent I communicated with was very helpful and delivery was very quick. The dog food was well packaged.

  I am ordering from miscota for about two years now. With delivery to UK. My last order and delivery service was spot on. I received an order very quickly - despite pandemic. Although miscota reolved any issues with delivery - as a precaution I always take insurance -yoga/yeti (?) -just to be on the safe side. Good job miscota. Keep it up.

  This was a bad experience on most fronts. The website was difficult to navigate, it was not at all clear that the item was coming from SPAIN, we were unable to track it until it reached the UK, it arrived after expected delivery time, there was a delay in processing the order, AND when it arrived the box was crushed and even had a gaping hole in it!!! Would not use again.

  My Mom's cat is really fussy and will only eat one particular type of food. At the moment, we're really struggling to get this in the shops or online. Miscota offered and provided a multi pack of 6 boxes which should keep her going for a while! A little bit more expensive than in the shops but really useful in the current circumstances. easy site to order from, good communication and delivery as scheduled.

  I placed my order for 2 x Royal Canine Maxi Light 10kg each. To date I have still not received this order and from the tracking it is still in Belgium. I would never have ordered these items if I knew they were coming from abroad. I have tried to contact them via their website but you just go round in circles back to the "contact an agent". Just hoping that they eventually turn up. Will never buy anything again from this company.

  The website is relatively uncomplicated and easy to use if you know what you're looking for. I thought that my order of Royal Canin Skin Care would take a lot longer to arrive but I received it only 10 days after ordering which, given the circumstances due to the Coronavirus outbreak, was pretty amazing. Well done and thank you for such speedy service under the circumstances!

  Read reviews after I had placed my order, was so concerned that I would not get my order or that it would take a very long time I ordered again from another supplier. need not have bothered, my order from Miscota arrived very quickly, didn't count the days, but it arrived well before my second order from a differet supplier. This order was made during the latter part of March 2020. The biscuits carried an expiry date of April 2020 the same as the scond bag ordered from elsewhere. absolutely no complaints at all.

  I still have not received my order 2 weeks after it was supposed to have been dispatched. Link to delivery does not work. Emails from myself and PayPal not replied to. Had to open a dispute with PayPal to try and get a refund. Will never order from this company again
