  Often the litter is packaged in a way that causes the containers to tear or break and leak in the box. You should pack these better, either wrapped in cellophane or with better packing materials

  The issue I had was that I forgot to add a discount code before checkout and when I pressed the return button on my laptop the order went through mistakenly. I made a new order including the discount and notified Miscota within minutes of the error. They replied that the orders were already being processed and were unable to cancel the unwanted order. Their option was to refuse delivery and return for a refund. This is not a satisfactory option as the onus is then placed on the customer to prove the return.

  I haven't received my order yet but they're asking for review.. I generally get food for my cats from miscota, they were doing ok but the last time has been really bad, we're run out food and the brand we use is rare to find.

  I was not sure about this page at the beginning, but I could find here a lot of products that I was not able to find anywhere, so I took the risk and now I am glad. All the process went perfectly and the products arrived in perfect conditions. The delivery a bit expensive tho.

  I am disappointed with the lack of clarity between cat and dog foods. i recently purchased a £70 bag of veterinary diet food which i believed was for cats and only after i had opened it and saw the size of the biscuits did i look on the front and discover it was for dogs. my order confirmation did not specify "cat" or "dog" and i am now stuck with an expensive item which i cannot use. Miscota needs to make its website clearer

  If there was an 4.5 star option I would have choosen it. I was a bit concerned about poor reviews regards delivery but decided to try anyway. At the same time I ordered from another supplier (which I usually use) and actually the order from Miscota turned up one day sooner. The half star I would deduct is for packaging - there is a room for improvement there - but, having said that, the ordered dog food arrived undamaged. I will order from Miscota in the future, especially as their prices are so competitive!

  Avoid. I had to go through 6 weeks of automated email responses from this company while trying to liase with Hermes on their behalf. Finally got a refund. So overpriced, terrible customer service. Never again.

  Ordered 2 bottles of Fluval Bioclear and expedited shipping. Waited 2 weeks and then got an email saying that they only had one (despite accepting the order). Didn't give me the option to cancel, but used the £12 shipping to send just one bottle, which was useless to me. Very poor. Avoid.

  I've used Miscota many times but always find it hard to be sure I end up paying the advertised price once discounts are added. On this last order I couldn't see where the discount had been applied and ended up paying more than if I'd gone elsewhere even though their price looked the cheapest at the start.

  I would of given zero stars! Disgusted with the so called online support, your customer service is dreadful. From the very beginning when i complained at the last stage of payment the postage jumped up from the advertised £2.99 for under 30 kg to £6.99. I was told because the product was in Spain. Nowhere on the website had this been stated. I was concerned how long it would take to receive items needed from Spain that my cat had ran out of her usual veterinarian recommended biscuits to prevent bladder crystals costing £122.00 for 24 kg plus the £6.99 postage. All of my correspondence from the beginning before the order was even dispatched i had referred to my cat needing this brand of biscuits. When the item arrived in a few days a week before the date i was given by your so called online support staff i was so pleased only to find out you sent me 24 kg of DOG biscuits. Then i discover you have a UK website so i am aware you have a UK warehouse and overcharging customers on P&P claiming stock is in Spain. So why could you have not had the items returned to the UK branch? Why was my last message ignored by your support staff when i asked to escalate to a more senior member of staff? On your website i had clicked the CAT icon even typed in the search bar Specific feline crystal management, i was on the cat page i scrolled to the product underneath showing a discount on two bags of biscuits total weight 24 kg was no mention of DOG so how can dog biscuits be on the cat page? I feel quite mislead you web page is misleading.. Why did your customer service staff not advise me in the beginning to use your miscota.co.uk instead of claiming items based in Spain? Why did she not check my order before payment was taken especially after all my messages referred to needing CAT biscuits not DOG biscuits. The service i have received is poor as can be. Never have i been in such a situation at least a UK seller would of checked my order before dispatch and communication would of been better i am sure there would of been no issues in returning items that are wrong. Dishonest and unhelpful .. NEVER AGAIN a joke now stuck with 24 kg of veterinarian recommenced dog biscuits and i do not own a dog so angry ..will report to trading standards.

  I haven't received what I ordered. I was sent 2 small cat products instead of dog waste bags,2 greyhound coats and 2 tubs of dog treats. It was impossible to contact the company via their site,Hermes the delivery company or any other means. I tried to send photos required via the site wouldn't allow them. Genuinely sad,upset and frustrated and feel I have been ripped off.

  The products perfect. The delivery - i nonormally tick a box and price for postage that says 48-72hrs. Normally a week or two later i get an email to say my parcel has been sent. Then in 2 or 3 or 4 days, - here, but i didnt know when to listen for the doorbell. And i always have to order well before i need so i dont need to worry if it arrives later than i thought. It would just be easier if you could somehow let me know it would be one or 2 weeks, and it will arrive in 1 or 2 days. Some deliverers do.

  I have put average because at least I did receive my order but what an effort there was to find out where my delivery was and when it might arrive. At least the agents I contacted did respond promptly but it shouldn't have been necessary if Miscota had an efficient tracking system. I received an email confirming my order with a reference for tracking but the link went to a French site which didn't recognise the order and Hermes to British carrier also didn't recognise the order.
