  I placed an order for 2 packs of tinned dog food and received 2 tins. The system did not work but they did not hesitate to refund the value of the order, and I got to keep the 2 tins.I see it as at least a reputable company.

  I placed an order on the 24th April. I have contacted the team as the order delivery stated when purchasing is 48 hrs via Royal Mail tracked. I have received my order today 06th of May and I just wanted to ask Miscota? is this a joke???? I ordered a full package of 12x pouches of appetite control jelly and I received one puch!!!!!!! you have charged me for the box 15£ plus the delivery cost from Spain and you have send me one pouch packed by hand in the UK??? I do not recommend Miscota to anyone, I waited for the order for two weeks, received one pouch of 12 that I should receive and spend almost double the amount of money to by food for my cat as waiting for the delivery to happen. Absolute disgrace!if I could rate you lower then 1 star I would.

  UK thats a Joke The product I ordered came all the way from Spain and took a bloody month. I only brought from this site because it said it was a UK company.   UK buyers beware. Price is good. But all electric devices are EU rated standard with EU plugs. Devices will work I'm UK but you will need to change the plugs - doesn't make this clear when purchasing. Would have got 5 stars had it even mentioned this on the site I still would have purchased, but having to then go and buy 4 replacement plugs when I needed to use the devices asap was not great

  Let down by Miscota Requested notification of Hypoallergenic HPM CAT food when in stock, received confirmation of this being done, have copy screen shot of email, received email saying food in stock followed link saw it was in 3kg or 7 kg there was a cat image on the bag saw in 7kg was a no brainer as vet was charging the earth, so ordered, finally arrived its DOG food. Now have to arrange to send back to Spain and running short on time scale and not getting answers to my email on returns assistance. Just an email saying Miscota Dogs Cats Small animals Birds Fish Reptiles Horses Dear Ingrid, Thank you for this information. Could you please send us a screenshot of the notification you received? This way we can check it and let our web department know to avoid future problems. Kind regards, The Miscota team. Well avoid by all means but not at my expense I now have to return due to their error a 7kg bag of dog food because thier link was in error and there was no mention of CAT or DOG but a cat symbol on the image of the food on the page we ordered from that showed we ordered CAT Food. So out of pocket financially out of cat food AVOID AVOID.

  I ordered from miscota as they had displayed the items I wanted as being 400g so I was happy to place an order. Upon arrival the horns were tiny and the same size as what I could have purchased from my local pet shop. I weighed the horns and they ranged from 160g to 270g...they shouldn't be displaying and selling items with a 400g weight and the customer gets an item half this weight. On a positive the items were dispatched pretty quick but I wouldn't be ordering from miscota again.

  As described and it fitted my flower cat tree which had broken. I bought to replace a platform and my cat hasn't been out of it since in put it in place. I was concerned that the purchase may be subject to customs duties as it came from Spain, but it didn't. Tracking was good too.

  Set up a regular order - delivery cost on the second order went up from £4.99 to £40!!!! 700% increase - no warning, no apology, no offer to refund, cancel the order as I only came aware after they'd shipped it. Brexit used as the excuse - but there is no excuse for not warning me of the increase before they shipped. Awful customer experience - will never use them again.

  They sent me a different item than the one pictured and tried to make out that the photos are only for reference when I queried this with them. The item I ordered clearly has a liner and cushion, I received the basket only, they won't admit that there is an issue, they are clearly defrauding people.

  Site is easy to navigate but being a `Spanish' site, many of the items are listed in Spanish....which is a problem for any non speaker (like me). Purchasing is relatively straight forward and trouble free. This is my third purchase, so you can determine that not only would I buy again, but that I already have.....
