  Easy to order, the only place that I could find single packs of the foods which I wanted to try my cat on after being diagnosed with pancreatitis and being extremely fussy, I didn't want to buy larger packs just incase he didn't like them. Only criticism is the delivery time, it was shipped from abroad so expect a wait, a further 7 days than I anticipated.

  Ordered two items, a harness and a collar for my dog, paid around a fiver for shipping, about 10 days later I get an email saying they don't have the harness in stock - why would that take 10 days to tell me? So I asked them to just send the collar, which then arrived about another 10 days later. Overall took nearly the thick end of a month for my order to arrive, which is sad considering the expensive shipping. I really hope I can get the shipping paid back to me.

  I had Paid for a Medium size Harness and you sent a small which you are not prepared to either refund me or change to the size i ordered. I paid more money and you sent the wrong item even after I sent you photos of the one you sent. Also it took over 1 week to arrive.

  I'm hugely grateful that I'm able to get the only diet food my cat will touch through Miscota - it's unavailable virtually everywhere else. My only disappointment is the cost of delivery, and the long time packages take to arrive. I understand why that's the case in the current climate, however.

  I bought this as a gift for neighbors with a new puppy. He is a mini dachshund and the little guy has been able to wiggle out of it but he will grow a little and it should be fine. I wanted to get them started right away with a lead that would not encourage pulling and wreck his little trachea. I think it's a winner. I used them on my dogs for years and ended up passing them on to friends when my guys died. They're a great harness.

  If you are in the UK then don't use the company. It is based in Spain , hence £30 for delivery and a month wait, obviously it was disingenuous to say on their website the product was in stock when it wasn't. There was a delivery date range - a big one and it still fell outside of this to my detriment.

  A very good company. I have been using Miscota for some while now, as they are the only company I know of who stock the type of millet spray my cockatoo loves! Ordering is easy, the goods arrive on time and you can place a repeat order. I have never had any problems. Would thoroughly recommend.

  I love the selection of small animal products on Miscota. As a buyer from the UK, there's no comparable brands than those from mainland Europe when it comes to small animal food. They're so much more varied and natural for my hamster than those I could buy locally. My experience buying from Miscota was generally good. It took a little while to arrive, but I was able to track my package throughout the process, and it was packaged very well. My main complaints would be the add on of the administration fee when you go through checkout, as well as delivery costs getting higher with every item you add to your basket. This feels at odds with most online shopping experiences where you pay a flat fee for delivery. There was also a lack of information on some products on the website, such as an absence of ingredient list, and some has been translated quite clunkily so you're not entirely sure what you're buying if you're shopping in English. Still, the service was fine and I'm very happy with the products themselves. I would shop here again.

  I am thankful I finally got my order as I was running out of my prescription dog food and could not find it anywhere else in the amounts I needed (I have a small dog and all the other companies only offered very large bags). Unfortunately it took a long time to arrive. I had to use another local product to tide me over until this finally arrived.

  It may be a UK website but items are send from somewhere in Europe making delivery way too long. Also when you get to checkout there are extra charges for admin, insurance, better customer service and postage. I wouldn't expect to have to pay of better service.

  Always fast delivery - product is perfect for my dog who has allergies to almost all proteins - she loves this food and I would highly recommend it if you have a dog who suffers food intolerances and allergies. It's expensive but worth it for a happy, itch free dog who can now live a normal canine life! Thanks Miscota.

  Excellent quality food. My cat loves it. I got the rabbit and potato. Only problem I have is that the shipping (into the UK) takes a very long time. It would be great if it could be done faster or more orders could be shipped from within the UK.
