Verified reviewFirstly, my order was not placed in January 2026, it was placed 8 December 2025. I waited weeks for them to ship and finally contacted them about the delay. Someone said it was holidays and others said illness. Who knows. Always excuses. Finally in the new year, I get notice my order is shipping but they didn't have one of my products ordered, so no substitutions, thank you, and off it went. I still don't know if I was credited for the item that didn't ship as no confirmation has ever been sent. I got my order the end of January. About 6 weeks wait. I used to order from them with no problems but will not anymore. Sad state of affairs.

Verified reviewI am very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order MIS-GB-25112201512502b on 22 November, but I still haven’t received it. This is extremely stressful because the order contains food for my dog, and his current supply is almost gone. I rely on timely delivery, especially for essential items like pet food, and this delay is unacceptable. I really hope Miscota resolves this issue quickly and improves their service, because right now I’m very frustrated and worried.
