  I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order MIS-GB-25112201512502b on 22 November, but I still haven’t received it. This is extremely stressful because the order contains food for my dog, and his current supply is almost gone. I rely on timely delivery, especially for essential items like pet food, and this delay is unacceptable. I really hope Miscota resolves this issue quickly and improves their service, because right now I’m very frustrated and worried.

  Repeated problems with their website. Unable to check out initially because their site would not recognise I had filled all the relevant sections. Left it days and tried again only for them to mix up my delivery and billing addresses and put a bit of both on. They of course blamed me. I did not mix up my own addresses!!! Now I have a terminally ill dog without his hypoallergenic treats. Terrible service and they just didn’t care.

  I have my order sent from miscota regularly, every time they are efficient, order arrives quickly with detailed tracking information. The hydrolysed food I prefer from them is the only one my dog finds palatable.

  Didn't relise until I paid it was coming from abroad ,to big so requested refund recieved emails but not in English I had to download app to translate then they sent link for return form to fill in also not in English so I gave up and ended up £30 out of pocket

  Everywhere I tried online was 'out of stock' for this item which I needed urgently following a vet diagnosis of my parrot's feather loss - except for Miscota! So it was with great relief that I ordered the bulbs for my parrot's lamp. They came in good time very carefully packed. Thank you, Miscota, from UK bird-lover.

  Unfortunately our package arrived a little damaged but thankfully the product was alright. We have had many orders from miscota.co.uk and this is the first to arrive this way, however I don't think it was their fault. We order Advance gastroenteric food from them and our cats love it. We use miscota as they are the best supplier of this type of food and would not hesitate to recommend them.

  I came across this company as I was trying to find a certain cat food which I cannot get anywhere and, a couple of times, companies advertise it but, when you purchase it, they then contact me to advise that due to a mistake in their stock they do not have it and try to sell me something else so, when I ordered the first time I was a bit sceptical but, to my delight, the goods arrived earlier than estimated and exactly what I ordered. I now used this company once more and, once again, quick delivery of the goods. I will, hopefully, use this company again.
