  Having lost a clip off my Moderna pet carrier I was really pleased to see various spares on the Miscota website.The first problem was that they didn't have some parts of the order,I was happy to wait until they had the missing pieces.Unfortunatly,the next message let me know that they were cancelling the order and refunding the cost of the missing bits,not the postage,as they were sending what they had.Eventually a large box arrived , imagine my surprise when I opened it to find a small pack of dogs treats!So, to recap, rather than refund the £16 postage they sent me a pack of dog treats, when I don't even have a dog! Disappointing service, to say the least.

  I do find the the site a little difficult but think that is more my age and ability now to dort things out. I now leave order to Miscota who are excellent.I am informed when order is ready to be shipped and then again when its on its way.. It is well packed and my little dog loves them she has certainly missed them during the period they were unavailable. Excellent service well done

  I had no acknowledgment that my order had been received. I had no notice that my order was on its way. I had no reply to an email asking where it was, and a review was requested a day before it actually arrived, which took almost 2 weeks!

  This item is an excellent product and not available in the size I want from a UK retailer. I have been using Miscota for a long time. Customer service reply to queries quickly and any problems are resolved speedily. My orders always arrive well within the delivery timescale given. Since Brexit the delivery cost has increased, but the item is still cheaper than buying smaller bags from a UK retailer, who has also increased its delivery cost.

  I have been unable to make contact to try and sort out a return product, but going round in circles on their website. I've tried to do an online chat but it asked me for for my credit card details which I am not prepared to give, before it would connect me so I cancelled. I spend over £80 on this order, I am far from happy and will not be using again.

  Sometimes difficult getting gourmet melting heart tuna in the 24 count package,and only tuna.this seems to be the only site we can get it on though where its not a mixture of the flavours.the postage is a high price though,and dont click on the repeat my order in one click option,it came up with a very stupid price more than once.obviously an error,but just beware.other than that,we get what we ask for,takes a couple of weeks to get it though.

  £15 extra for delivery in top of a £50-60 is crazy. Then using that extra £15 to send it via royal mail so it takes two weeks to arrive is verging on criminal. Every other syt I use has free delivery over a certain amount, Plus they send the order to you via a non royal mail courier, which arrives in 2-3

  The bird feeders I ordered arrived as promised but two other perches I ordered were out of stock so I was refunded. Part of my reason for ordering the perches was because the shipping cost would cover all my items but now I'll need to wait (for new stock) and pay shipping again for the same items. Frustrating.

  Some of my biscuits were broken and boxes crushed but delivery box was fine I contacted and got 30 % of the order Also item was unavailable so was asked if I wanted cancel or just have rest of order I chose to just get the biscuits but still high delivery price would of been worth it if I had other part of the order I should of got my delivery money back in my opinion
