  Thank you Miscota, I purchased my dog some Friskies Stars when travelling back to the UK through France, my dog loved them so much, unfortunately no pet shops in the UK stock them. I trawled the internet and found Miscota stocks them, I now have a very happy dog. Arrived quickly and on the day the last Friskie had been munched :-)

  Sadly they are not a reliable Company. They are very quick to take your money but so far I haven’t received the ordered items. They are blaming this on their carrier. So in my opinion stay away from Miscosta.

  Before we left the EU I always ordered my Alpha Spirit dog food from them, but sadly after leaving, the delivery costs were as much as the food! However, the delivery costs are now more reasonable and I will use them again as they are a reliable company and have a good selection of dog products.

  The company were good & the website was easy to navigate. Kept informed when originally out of stock. Delivery once back in stock was quite quick & was able to track with no problem. Unfortunately the product was not as expected. Picture showed white mouse & was buying to replace a previous white mouse toy. Our fussy cat is not happy with the black one & is currently not playing with it! Hopefully if we persevere she will get to love it like the previous one.

  Did not send full order. Despite still having items on sale on the site refused to send missing items on and instead refunded. This means to get the full order I had originally asked for I was going to have to pay two lots of postage. Not good customer service at all.

  When I finished the order I discovered that there is a deal on Braveness food that I bought (buy1 get 2nd 50%off). I did send an email immediately to cancel my order so I can benefit from the deal. 7 minutes after ordering I've got response from Miscota team that they can't cancel because order was already sent, advising me to return the order. I don't believe it is possible that order was sent couple minutes after ordering. According to Miscota tracking details order was sent next day 8:11. I think this is appalling customer service, reluctant to cancel the order and suggesting to move 27kg of dog food across the Europe there and back during pandemic! I wouldn't buy from them again.
